Big clean rooms and bathrooms. Pool was great, open till late and breakfast buffet was ok. Had everything a westerner needs. Good central location to reach attractions. Only pain point was that you need a china telephone no to setup the hotel wifi. Luckily the reception staff were kind enough to assist using their no's.

I have stayed in several hotels in Bagualing, but I think the best one is the Platinum Times Hotel. I read the reviews and it really did not disappoint me. There is a parking lot near the hotel. The naturally large room I stayed in was very comfortable and the sound insulation effect was good. I had a good sleep and it was easy to fall asleep. The warm service of the hotel front desk staff made my heart warm. The service was also very considerate. When I asked about the nearby food court at the front desk, the front desk asked a colleague to take me there directly. They also introduced several different flavors on the way. hotel! There are also many small details that are very warm and humane, and the price/performance ratio is very high. In short, when you come to Bagualing, Shenzhen, Platinum Times Hotel will not let you down!

A new hotel, 50 meters away from the subway station. There are many gourmet shops in the surrounding streets. It is close to the electronic market. The lighting and ventilation in the room are very good. The service attitude of the front desk staff is very good. Highly recommended.

Hotel facilities and prices are good for the region. But there is a language barrier and communication problems...

New and modern hotel , control using Smart Home System . Room is clean and comfortable . Customer service is on the top level , they support me when I face any difficulty . The hotel even provide light meal to their customers like porridge and mantou to cure hungry mess on late night . Hotel breakfast buffet is awesome too . Worth the money and happy to stay . Hotel is not too far from the metro where you can easily access to anywhere in ShenZhen. Looking forward to stay in this hotel if come to Shen Zhen again .

Beautiful, clean, and new hotel. Lobby is inviting and fresh. Staff are helpful. The door man will help with luggage, and checking in is fast and efficient. The room is modern and spacious. Well designed with a big window. The bed is very comfortable, and the bedding is soft. All amenities are provided and daily housekeeping as well. The rooms are very soundproof and also have plenty of storage. The washing machine is useful, and washing liquid is provided. Breakfast is extra, and it has a wide variety of Chinese and Western foods and well as fruit. The dining room is inviting and also jas an outdoor seating smoking area. Subway is only an 8 min walk, and it is easy to get to tourist locations. This hotel has a 5 star service and will stay again.

The staff at Atour Hotel Shenzhen Luohu Diwang, especially Ruo Guan, provided outstanding service during our stay. From a friendly greeting at check-in to arrangements for luggage storage when taking an excursion to Hong Kong, the staff was exceptional and efficient in meeting our every need. We chose this hotel because of its central location in Shenzhen, and found it to be very conveniently located near Grand Theatre Subway Station and a variety of neighborhood shops and two large shopping malls all within easy walking distance from the hotel. We also made use of the hotel's self-service guest laundry which was a much welcomed amenity during our two week vacation.
