Just 5 star service. The front desk staff Leo and the manager Kay were very friendly, and they were happy to ask for a one-hour delay in check-out on the sixth day of the ***** New Year without any fuss. Then I ran to the swimming pool in the evening and wanted to visit. The staff there were also happy to take me in and introduce it to me. The atmosphere of the room is very good. There is a small bench and slippers at the door which is very considerate. The floor-to-ceiling glass is high and wide, and it feels very cool to look out at the scenery. The bathroom supplies are also high-end, and the bathtub size is larger than that of many hotels. The important thing is that there is no glass partition next to the bathtub, so you can actually watch TV while soaking. The room price is quite expensive for Shenzhen, but luckily it comes with a minibar, breakfast and a Chinese lunch/dinner set for two. The Chinese restaurant Yincheng is on the first floor. It is also a 5-star restaurant. The dishes are very exquisite. Although the set menu includes stewed snow swallow dessert, I still recommend the roasted squab and spinach sprouts~

When making your booking here, just stick to the standard rooms, the more premium selections don’t bring a whole lot new to the table. The rooms are very modern with all the essential charging ports conveniently located. The bathroom is huge and tub is deep; they could include bath salts in the executive room. Avoid making the booking with the “afternoon tea set” selection was very limited to the point that nobody went. I would rather have a fruit platter sent to my room. The location itself is close to Nanshan station, where the area is more residential than commercial. However taking 1-2 stations along lines 11 or 12 should solve your problems.

The booking said check in time was 2:00 pm I arrived around 3:00 but my room was not ready to check in until 5:00 pm I don’t think i’ve ever experienced this in my life… Anyways, they offered me to use the gym facilities while we wait which was nice the manager Franco was very kind and attentive as it is easy to get lost if it’s your first time. The room is spacious and clean even during holidays there is a lot construction going on so be aware of that since the area is quite new. The amenities you have to call reception, had to ask for toothbrushes the conditioner in the shower was pretty much empty. Speaking of construction the outdoor pool is not finished yet, the indoor pool loung chairs are very limited but very comfy. Breakfast service was nice but is quite narrow the space between food and tables so many children are running around the buffet. Overall 3.5/5

the hotel has good service, good hygiene, and big restaurant (for breakfast). the room hygiene is good although the layout is not the best. you can rest very comfortably inside the room. the location is at city shenzhen so it is fairly easy to grab a bike or taxi in this area to nearby malls. i would recommend the hotel.

I am staying again in the same hotel in Shenzhen, the facilities are new, the rooms are spacious and the staff are friendly, attentive and extremely helpful: at reception they have helped me with everything, the cleaning staff is always smiling and leaving everything very clean. Service was very good but unfortunately the room space/configuration and cleanliness was a bit disappointing. Checked-in late in the evening but my room just got cleaned-up and my room door was grand opened when I arrived in the floor and the room totally wet as just washed with large amount of water… not a single dry spot in the rim to drop my luggage and actually walking-in in such condition made the room very dirty. Also the room is extremely small with almost no space to open luggage and very tight space between the bed and the walls. Also the room didn’t have a single table expect the amenity table which already packed with boiler cups and other thing so no space to put any thing else and no chair or desk to sit and work inside the room
