My father and I spent a couple of nights at Holway House and I would definitely recommend it. Lucy and John were very good hosts and the rooms were very stylish, comfortable and well-laid out, even the small single and double we had. The breakfasts were superb, especially for me as I have coeliac disease but was very well catered for and the gluten-free butcher's sausages were delicious. The location is very central to the town centre, only a few minutes walk from the Poppy Line railway station and you can be on the seafront in less than ten minutes.

What a wonderful stay we had with Lucy & John. Such a friendly atmosphere without being overbearing. The room was immaculate and the breakfast fantastic - good farm to fork produce well cooked. Lots of homemade preserves - go for the marmalade, absolutely delicious 😋 now we’ve found this lovely home frame home we will be back again. Thank you both for a very lovely stay Ann (Celia) and Barry x

Outstanding service, great breakfast selection in an excellent location, the recent modern bedroom upgrades are a real bonus and are kept very clean. Bedding and towels are of a very good quality. The rooms offer, soap, shampoo conditioner, tea/coffee, biscuits and filtered water, in my experience unusual for a B and B. Lucy who runs the front of house is very friendly and welcoming, she goes out of her way to ensure you have an enjoyable stay, offering advice and local knowledge. All in all a very pleasant stay which I would highly recommend. Thankyou Lucy and John.

Our Easter Getaway was made absolutely perfect by staying at Holway house, this place is just perfect, Lucy & John have created a lovely warm and welcoming B&B that is very high end and tastefully decorated. The breakfasts were fantastic with cereal,freshly diced fruit, varied toast selections and a delicious cooked option with the finest quality ingredients and eggs cooked perfectly to your choosing, and the jams and marmalades and honey were delicious, Lucy is the Queen of front of house with cheery funny and friendly conversations and has great advice for things to do see and visit during your stay and John out the back cooking up a perfect Breakfast. We would not hesitate to Recommend this B&B we have truly stumbled across a Gem Thank you for having us Fidelma & Greg Vikki & Roy

A lovely stay in Sheringham at Holway House. Beautiful room. Ideally situated for leisurely stroll into town.

I had to cancel last minute due to COVID and rail strikes. The owners who run the B&B were as charming as Basil Fawlty, very unsympathetic but extremely happy to take my £350 with no offer of part-refund or re-schedule as gesture of goodwill which I have had with other B&B's. AVOID
