1. When booking, I left a message for a family of three. The reservation department did not inform the customer service to prepare supplies for three people in the room after the room was allocated. It was not delivered until I called the store;
2. There is no socket at the head of the bed, the USB charging head is dirty, and the double-sided tape has fallen off. Most mobile phones are no longer charging cables with this interface and cannot be used! In order to charge, I can only sit at the desk. It is recommended to replace the C-port charging socket;
3. The air conditioner in the room cannot be turned off. This may be a problem of hardware selection during decoration, but if it cannot be turned off, a comfortable room temperature should be guaranteed. I turned the air volume to the minimum and the temperature to the lowest. It was dry and uncomfortable all night, and the buzzing sound was constant during operation, affecting sleep.
As a hotelier who has worked in the industry for many years, I still hope that your hotel will get better and better. By the way, the front desk service needs to be improved. It is mediocre, not enthusiastic, and has no relevant warm reminders. It is not up to standard!
