When they saw us with children, they took the initiative to tell us that they would give us a children's set in a while. The toiletries are very good, but what I want to say is that for one of our boys, the waiter gave us a pair of pink slippers. I asked about it and was told that this was the only color. 2. Our two families went to play together, but we booked separate rooms on Ctrip. When the hotel confirmed with us, we specifically asked to reserve two rooms next to each other as much as possible because there are two children. When checking in, the front desk told me that there were no rooms next to each other, so we could only ensure that they were on the same floor. I just want to say that the hotel agreed in the early stage that it was okay, but when it came time to check in, it was like this. 3. The shower water in the room we stayed in was particularly difficult to use and was very thin, but considering that it was too late, we didn’t go to the front desk again. Although when I checked out, I explained it to the lobby manager and he contacted the relevant personnel to check it out, but I want to say that my experience of staying that night was particularly bad. 4. Hotel breakfast, because the booked room includes breakfast for two and does not include children. When dining in the morning, the staff informed that children between 1.2 and 1.5 years old were half price, and children under 1.2 years old were free. They specifically asked if 1.2 was enough, and I said enough Yes, I need to pay half the price. I said yes. The staff took me to the front desk and asked me whether I should pay the room fee or pay it at the time. I said I should pay the room fee and wait until check-out, so we can go together. My friend, after asking about the cost, I found out that the children’s breakfast is included in the room rate at the adult price. A few of us stood nearby waiting for them to contact us. I informed the lobby manager that we were just two people and a family of three.
