The holiday Inn Hotels always make you feel not disappointed . The same smell , the same comfortable bed and the same warm staff . This hotel has spacious room which is tidy and clean. The room attendant is extremely helpful and friendly. The reception girls are beautiful and professional. strongly recommended.

The ”good room” reserved by the hotel faces west and is extremely hot, but fortunately it is on a high floor and is quieter. I didn't ask for cleaning on the second night. I thought it wouldn't be a big deal if it wasn't too dirty. We used our own paper products. But I didn't expect that I didn't get a bottle of water when I asked for it at the front desk. I was shocked. It's like you want to make things convenient for others, but they treat you as a business. You are polite to others, and it's their duty not to give you anything. It's a wrong reward after all.

The fruit was delivered and the good night service was very considerate. The child became uncomfortable in the middle of the night and soiled the bedding. It was very late and the night shift foreman was there. They also brought two waiters to help us clean up without any resistance and were very caring about the children. Ren Peijiao, the head waiter during the day, was more attentive. When she saw that the child was feeling a little uncomfortable, she specially sent a gift to the child. Location is superb which public bus stop is just in front of the hotel, airport bus stop also right in front, metro is just 300m walking distance away… WanLiMiao Pedestrian Streets is just beside the hotel which have nice lighting at night And a few big shopping mall just walking distance away.. Nice Place 👍 Grand lobby area with very polite bell boy and receptionist.. The room is a bit disappointed compare to the Grand Lobby area they have 🫣🫢 but is clean (The price is for the room,the grand lobby is a bonus☺️) They provide free snacks in the room everyday (fruits,small bread,milk and etc) Will choose this hotel again for the next visit 😊

I am satisfied with the room. The service from the front desk lady Dong Xinxin is very good. You can order takeout for afternoon tea and a robot will deliver it to the door of the room. There is a free gym and laundry room. In addition, the Phalaenopsis orchid placed at the front desk is very domineering. Great! Good in every aspect. Satisfactory trip!

The location is very good, in the core area, with major business districts nearby and the subway entrance next to it, with convenient transportation. The facilities are relatively advanced, such as smart toilets and Xiaodu Smart. Especially the service is very warm and thoughtful. The short-haired guy in a blue shirt who is in charge of the lobby and breakfast is very warm, thoughtful and meticulous. I like it.
