Hotels Near Kanda River in Shimonoseki

This is pribably the best hotel in mojiko, beautiful rooms and good location. Guests for the better rooms have access to the lounge providing drinks and snacks throughout afternoon and evening. However the premier deluxe room that we booked has a split level between the toilet and the bed areas. This is unsuitable and unsafe for people with handicap and elderly couple like us. We had no choice but to ask for downgrading to a normal room. A great disappointment. However, we have to thank their staff for making an effort to relay our hearing aid which we left in the hotel in Hakata. They made sure that we received the ear piece in Kobe. We are very grateful.

Stayed in my wife and twin in February. 7 ｰ 8 minutes walk from the station, but the surroundings felt far away as a galan. The front desk staff was friendly and polite. The room needs to store the receipt received at check-in or take a picture with a smartphone in the way of entering the password number with ten keys at each room entrance. The room of Hollywood twin is new and beautiful, and there are two beds of about 120 cm. There is only a set of mini desks and chairs about 50 cm wide, there is no sofa, and it is inconvenient to watch TV, and to sit in bed when drinking coffee in the room. I want you to leave the sofa. There is no closet and clothes on the wall with hangers. In winter, there is a coat, etc., and there is a shortage of hangers for two people. There is a bathtub in which about 4 people are put in, and the bathroom has several lockers in a narrow space with only １ washbasin. I think it is better to check the congestion in the room because it is narrower than the dome inn next to it and there is no open air. The public bath is difficult and new and beautiful, but there is no view. The restaurant was in the back of the front desk and it was good to be a free drink lounge including alcohol in the evening. There were various soft drinks such as wine, shochu, plum sake, whiskey, etc. The tweezers were small bags of several cm angles, but the free drink lounge was good for a long time from 17:00 to 21:00. Breakfast was good as a business hotel with a Viking for gloves, basic Japanese style and tile soba. There is no check-out. I only get out as it is because I pay in advance without returning the key. I thought it was a super eco operation.

Location conditions cleanliness is good. I don't go to the public bath on the first basement floor, but there is a joint bath. It is crowded depending on the time zone, but it is convenient to see the congestion situation on the TV screen in the room. The ramen of the noodle shop in the center of the adjacent ramen is delicious at the miso ramen shop. The guests are happy to have a drink 1 cup free including alcohol. There is also a single item, so you can easily use it as a tavern. However, the unfortunate thing is that the check-in is made by the time zone, and the procession takes too long. I was waiting for about 30 minutes when I went around 18 o'clock. Can't it be a little smoother? Because the check-out was possible by the machine, there was only one person at the front desk, and even if I tried to leave my luggage, it corresponded to other customers, and it took time and waited for a lot. I am glad to be able to temporarily leave my luggage before check-in or after out. However, when I went to take the luggage that I had temporarily kept after checking out in the evening, the customer was full at the front desk and waited for a while. I was frustrated because the time to leave the Shinkansen was approaching. It takes too long for one person. I want you to grasp the situation at the front desk at the office and respond to the empty employees. If this was not a full score, it was a pity. The language is polite.

Located about 10 minutes walk from Shimonoseki Station. This dome inn is a manned correspondence with check-in payment and a free coffee next to the front desk. The room is a general dome in standard, there is a certain size and there is no pressure feeling. There are about 20 clothes lockers in the 10th floor large bath, 7 washing places in the bathroom, 5 people 〜 6 people, and open-air baths, sauna and water baths. Recently, the free ice pudding lactic acid beverage of the dome in standard is placed by time zone next to the large bath door. There seemed to be a manned hand rubbing place, but there was a free massage chair during the rest. It is a convenient location for business and leisure in JR Shimonoseki ３ minutes walk. There is an ion near the station and it is convenient for shopping, and the hotel １ floor was able to spend a good time at a tavern.

Very close hotel from Shimonoseki Station. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk. The price of the original 々 is also cheap, but we were able to stay at a low price in the Go To Travel campaign. The bed is comfortable and comfortable in a clean clean room. There was also a bicycle rental (1 only) and I was able to use it for Shimonoseki sightseeing. It is 100 yen an hour. There is a little buffet of bread in the morning. It is difficult to have not many restaurants and convenience stores on the west side of Shimonoseki Station, and it is good to go to the hotel after shopping is done in front of the station.

You had everything you need whenever it come to JR hotel, the train station are always packed with foodies and whatever necessities you need like matsumoto kiyoshi. Fell ill this time when i arrived and the helpful staff though can't speak english well, try to help me identify the shop to get med and i greatly appreciate their customer service. Foodies street right below of the hotel, with Shin shin ramen, skewer and kinda a party foodies street. Very convenient but i dont think i will visit kokura so often but i will be back to this hotel if required. Great work!

We stayed 1-night in a 3-bedder while exploring North-East Kyushu area. Very friendly front desk staff and they were efficient and fast checking us in to to our room. To our surprise, we were provided with complimentary breakfast and also free-flow welcome drinks. Excellent end to the day after driving hours in the heavy downpour. Room was of good size for 3 adults and even space to lay out our luggage. WiFi was good and we had free car park throughout the stay. Beds were comfy with choice of pillows. Separate wash area outside the bathroom which was useful with 3 people in the room. Breakfast saw a good spread of local fare and it was sumptuous and must say the best hotel breakfast spread throughout our 2-weeks Kyushu road trip.
