I stayed here after holding a hula dance class in Shirahama.
On the day, the open-air bath was unusable due to a burst pipe, so I was told to quickly use a nearby hot spring, but it was late and the nearby hot spring was closed, so I was unable to use it.
A staff member arranged for me to use the hot spring bath at a nearby inn, and I was able to take a bath. It was a high-class inn.
Also, since it was raining, they also provided transportation, even though I had not requested it. I had intended to just take a shower in my room, but I was really glad that I was able to take a bath in the hot spring, which I had been looking forward to.
Even after checking out, I was able to use the shared space on the second floor.
I will use this again when I stay in Shirahama.
The staff were very helpful and it was very nice.

Stayed in the most spacious and comfortable seaside apartment in all of Japan. It had a toilet and a full kitchen, though no shower room. However, there was a hot spring bath on the ground floor, which wasn't crowded. Highly recommended!

This youth hostel is really worth it! It's clean and has hot springs. It's so cheap. The restaurant also provides coffee and breakfast in the morning! I stayed there for one night. Although it was a 4-person room, everyone was very quiet. Each bed was covered by a screen, which was very private. It felt like a single room. It was great!
