The food really fantastic, the best beef and sashimi in Japan. Should try. Very expensive but worth it

A convenient walk away from the bus stop! The place was very clean and peaceful, staff were very friendly as well. I went to the onsen at night and it wasn't crowded at all as most day trippers would have already left.

1) location is the best, very near to the station 2) view at the restaurant is amazing, there’s a river flow looking out the window and super serene when it was snowing 3) onsen is best as it allows everyone to use at any time of the day or night 4) breakfast and dinner are super yummy and delicious 5) front desk service is friendly, attentive and can speak English 6) they even give you a complimentary coffee 7) value for money

Only realised the hotel has a curfew (10pm), so couldn't hangout late. Other than that, enjoyed the stay

The hotel is near bus station. Hotel onsen is nice. Dinner is pretty good, but breakfast is mostly pickled vegetables and rice, which is very average. Biggest downside is no private bathroom. The whole hotel, only the biggest room has the  private bathroom, other smaller rooms have no private bathroom. I woke up at 4 am and had to go to bathroom on the first floor, which felt pretty creepy. Anyway, if you have kids or old people who need to pee often, I won’t recommend it. And no elevator in hotel either. Good luck carry suitcase upstairs . 

Absolutely amazing and super close to the main bus stop. All staff are really friendly and so welcoming with warmth. Food is out of this world, both breakfast and dinner! Cannot recommend enough of this accommodation!!

Everything is good, except that there is no separate bathroom. The hot spring is very comfortable. In the morning, I hiked to the observation deck to see the whole area of ​​Shirakawa Village. The road is opposite the hotel, and the express bus station is also opposite, less than five minutes away. If you stay overnight when traveling to Shirakawa Village, this is a good choice.

The hotel is about 5 minutes away from the bus station, so it is convenient to drag a large suitcase, but it is a bit dangerous to drag your luggage down the stairs when checking out. There are not many rooms so it is quieter, it is particularly comfortable to soak in the hot spring in snowy weather, and the spring water makes the skin smooth, highly recommended 👍🏻 There are welcome refreshments, and the dinner is rich and delicious, full of Shirakawa Township specialties, breakfast is traditional fried fish , bean curd soup,  pickles, the taste is good. There is enough space in the room to open two large suitcases, but the comfort of the bedding is average, and the shared toilet depends on the quality of the guests that day, because the staff cleaning is not very frequent, this time is average.

It is near the Nohi bus stop, a five-minute walk away. It may be the only hotel in the village that is not a B&B. The shared bathroom is very clean and the room is small, but it is understandable that a large hotel cannot be built in a world cultural heritage area. The public bath is super comfortable. Soaking in the bath at night, looking at the mountains, rivers and snow scenery, it is indescribable. The guests nearby also come to take a bath. Maybe this is the only bath nearby. Sitting in front of the bed for breakfast and dinner, looking at the beautiful scenery outside the window, wow, this money is worth it

The location is convenient, right at the entrance of Shirakawa-go scenic area, not far from the bus stop to the observation deck, and also close to Wada's house. The room is not too big, but it is enough for 3 people, with a private bathroom, which is quite rare in Shirakawa-go. Breakfast and dinner are very rich and delicious.

Shirakawa-go, fourth visit. I remember that I couldn't find a place to stay before. This hot spring hotel is not only in a good location, but also newly decorated and has very good food. There are indeed communication problems, but they have tried their best. I am really grateful for the service. I forgot something again, and they came to give me the lost item. Traveling in Japan is still so reassuring.

The room is Japanese style, simple, clean and hygienic. The food in the evening can be described as colorful and beautiful. The location is just below the observation deck and very close to Kanda House. The hot spring is comfortable. Overall score 4.5 recommended

I chose Japanese tatami. The bathroom is shared and looks very clean. If you choose a tatami room, someone will come to make the bed for you when you have dinner. The room number will be written on the seat in the restaurant. I don't know if it's because it's in the mountains. Except for beef and vegetable salad, the rest of the dinner is all pickled vegetables. Each one is very salty. It's not suitable for people with a light taste. It's really too salty! ! ! There are a lot of pickles sold in the souvenir shop here. The ice cream in the hotel is not sold every day. There will be rest days. Two coffee coupons are given when you check in. The towels for hot spring bathing are in the room. Bring them with you. The lockers for valuables in the hot spring and the lockers for shoes at the door require 100 yen. When you open the locker to take it out, the money will be automatically returned.
