Perfect if I have chance to come back Chennai I will always stay here

The hotel was great with amenities. Breakfast was good. The staff were great and very helpful. The rooms are spacious enough but the bathroom was a bit cramped. Not enough space to even move around.

Having in Prime location and Taj experience was awesome & quick service for all requests and they had a wide range of buffet breakfast

Thank you Ruth Manager Rashmi for helping and taking care of our group throughout the whole process. The check in was hectic, as the front office staff seems less experienced, but as Rashmi came into the picture, things get much better and we gotten the rooms we need alhought we only mentioned we prefer a non-road facing room upon check in. Moreover, thank you for the gesture extended for us to share our group breakfast to a very beloved family friends of ours with Rashmi helping to do the arrangement. She is definitely amazing and extremely helpful and attentive. Like a butler to our group, we are blessed to have her serving us throughout our stay. Will make a trip to Chennai and visit vivanta again if given a chance. Superb

It was a wonderful and pleasant stay at Vivanta Chennai. The front desk team of Mr. Anchit, Ms. Roshni and the duty manager Mr Rohit were prompt, efficient and extremely helpful in changing my room and providing me the room with the garden side view. I was completely satisfied with the exceptional customer service provided by bonafide front desk team. I would also like to thank and appreciate Ms. Koyel for a warm welcome. Regards, Ashis

I had one of the cutest dessert. Overall thank you to every staff of Vivanta for making stay a comfortable one It’s my second visit and the employees here was fabulous. They try their best to provide what’s best. There was this girl name Sweety in the reception in my last visit I was looking for her today too but couldn’t fine her. She is so sweet just like her name. Very honest with her work. Thank you for being there for me when I was sick . Hope to stay in Vivanta again with your best hospitality.

Comfortable rooms. Bang on main road. Cosy. Value for money Can see efforts to satisfy customers. Nice sea shell garland on arrival. Staff need experience. They offered welcome drink to someone but didn't offer us. Good food. Refreshing. Will return

Awesome ambience always Taj experience. Great food. Curteous staff. Thank ful to duty manager Rohit for helping us. Loved the water walls outside the pool. Fluffy beds and clean rooms. Entrance hall is beautifully done up. Meeting the pilots of airforce was an added priviledge. Loved being there.

Right from check in to check out all were excellent n professional.thanks to Vivanta for the hospitality. Mr Saravanan from the restaurant was very polite n gave us the right choice of food. Housekeeping staffs n front office were very courteous n always smiling . Keep it up Vivanta.

It was a peaceful stay like always at Taj Vivanta chennai . Special thanks to Mr.Achint who helped me out with my bag whoes handel was broken..he arranged a person to fix my bag within an hour and i was able to use it for couple of more days . Thanks to him .. very helpful nd down to earth
