The parking lot was well lighted and designed well for in and out traffic. The property also had a security fence bordering it. These two factors left me at ease about the security of my vehicle, left unattended while I slept.

It was clean and safe. I didn’t like that the pool was out of order and the wifi wasn’t working.

The website advertised an indoor pool and hot tub, however, it was closed (not due to Covid). It also listed a fully equipped gym (complete with pictures). While the doors to the gym were “open”, it was devoid of any weights and functional equipment. It was a room only. If these amenities are not available at the time, the hotel should update its website to fully inform the consumer. These are the two things most important to my husband and I when we travel. If we had been informed more fully, we would have made a different choice of hotel. I will NEVER again stay at your facility nor will I ever suggest it.

The staff was nice. The room was in need of better cleaning. The bath/shower needed a good scrub. The shower curtain needed to be replaced. There was a roach in my room. The baseboards were coming off the wall. The bedskirt needed to be replaced. The remote was missing the back cover. Bed was comfortable though.

Beds were very comfortable and clean. Sound from trains and Hwy. Traffic was load, but when your tired and able to sleep comfortably it was nice

Could not sleep as a train passed the hotel almost every two hours during the night. Did not know a train track was right outside the hotel.

Safe area. Close to places to eat. First room was very musty almost like a smokers room but hard to tell. Asked for another room and staff accommodated. Second room was better but think it may be from smokers.

Not so great to be honest. Room reeked of cigarette smoke. Key cards didn’t work. Room was okay at best. No food or gas stations within walking distance…not that you’d want to walk this area anyway. Convenient to the interstate.
