Except for the view from the 13th floor main building, this hotel is very poor from facilities to service. Same management team, but the 1st and 3rd floor bar cannot be used for dining. The staff could not give a reasonable explanation and only asked us to eat downstairs!! Also, billiards on the beach cost 15 Malaysian dollars per time, and there were no entertainment venues or activities to provide for guests staying in the hotel!

The hotel has a carpark which is very convenient if you are driving. Just need to share your car plate to the reception during check-in. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast is very nice. The best thing is the hotel room itself, there is sauna room and private pool to yourself and not to mention the room is huge! There are only a few down side which doesn't really bother me was that there are water mark on a few counters around the sink and the some dirt in the pool. TV is built-in and no HDMI port available for you to connect to and there are no Netflix too.
Overall satisfaction still very good!

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I don't know where the good reviews come from. The transportation is extremely inconvenient. The facilities are at most equivalent to the domestic three-star level except for the larger beds. There is no other choice for eating except in the hotel. The key is that the charges are also very expensive. Riding a tricycle for half an hour costs dozens of Malaysian ringgits. In addition, the sanitation is not done every day. It took several calls in the evening before they came. The Muslim waiter didn't even clean the trash can in the bathroom. It's really hard to describe. It's very bad. Chinese people should be persuaded to leave.

The stay is overall enjoyable but I’m glad we only stayed for a night. Soundproof and lightproof is not very good. We can hear buggy crossing by and chit chatting of other guests most of the time. Got woken up by sun light streak from top of the room where curtain is not covering. Shower room water leaks out to the dry area, the door doesn’t work. Other than these everything else is perfect. Service is tip top and they all have a smile on their face.

Best experience in this Lexis Hibiscus PD. This the best place where you get a sea view to calm your mind. Best place to spend time with your loved ones. Your services is awesome with the great people surrounding us. Friendly receptionist!! Thumbs up. The food is so delish. Will be happy to go there again.
