Initially, we booked a twin deluxe room with direct pool access through Trip.com. The moment we arrived there, they gave us a free upgrade to King Suite Room with two king-size bed! Marvelous! They also provided free pick-up transfer from Siem Reap Angkor International Airport to the hotel (which is definitely a plus as the city centre located far away from the new airport (approximate 40 minutes drive from the airport). The hotel environment is stunning and serene! However, the water in the shower room does have some fishy smell. I believe it's because of the water pollution from the night market (same district with the hotel). Besides all of that, everything is great, from hospitality service to the local tour planning.

We were unlucky with room, water in the tub was kind of yellow but after 5 minutes of flowing it finally become normal, except this small issue whicj was only in our room, everything else was great, staff is, so nice and warm.

Everything was perfect!!! The employees were very friendly and they supported all our demands! The hotel was clean and the breakfast delicious!

Excellent stay

The hotel is too far from the center and the entrance is a market, so it's crowded and difficult to find. It is noisy to use a microphone in a school-like building next door. Breakfast is served separately.

They will pick you up at the airport for free. On the way back, you can take a taxi to the post office and then a bus to the airport. In front of the hotel is a local market where you can buy cheap fruits. There are many local restaurants within walking distance. Pub Street is about a 20-minute walk away. There are double and deluxe double rooms, but they are almost the same. A double room is sufficient. Breakfast is a set menu. The fried rice was off-putting, but the noodles were delicious. The pool was also nice and clean. I recommend it.

Two breakfasts (as a menu), pick-up from the airport included, very large room with good aircon, fridge and kettle. Extremely hard mattress (if you like or love it), showering is only possible in the tub, no shower partition, bathroom floods when showering, extremely strong smell in the bathroom (despite constant suction with a fan). Pool water is green and the area surrounding the pool is in need of repair. Perhaps a training course for the pool staff would be helpful. Coffee for breakfast only service. Machine would be great. The surrounding area is less inviting to linger. But a large market with a variety of smells is very close. Overall, great for the price, if the pool were clean and well maintained.

The room was spacious and I was able to spend a relaxing time with a large bed. You can see the beautiful morning sun from the walkway outside your room. You can choose from several menus for the free breakfast, but we recommend the American set and Asian fried rice. When I went out on the first day and returned, my room had not been cleaned. Apparently I have to ask them to clean it. Now I can clean it up if I ask. The facilities in the room are not good from a Japanese perspective. The TV is small and you can't see the broadcast. I had Amazon's FierTV with me, so I used Youtube and Netflix to get by. The toilet was not dirty or smelly, but the toilet seat was about to break. We offer sightseeing options such as Angkor Wat by tuk tuk or car, and you can feel at ease with a dedicated driver. There is a tuk-tuk waiting in front of the hotel, and you can easily ride it for just $1 when going to the Old Market area.

The staff was very kind and showed us to our room before the check-in time. However, the hotel feels a little old. I wish the shower had more water.

The staff were friendly. I took my car because there was a parking lot. Because the main window was narrow, it was very difficult to park and get out. The facilities were decent for the price.

It was a great location. The room is very spacious and I am satisfied. The staff's smiles were also nice.

Great hotel, really liked it! We arrived very early before check-in time, they fed us a free breakfast and upgraded our room category for free, the hotel has a cool pool, and in the hotel itself you are in an island of tranquility, like in some kind of lagoon, in general I recommend it!
