Big pool and friendly staff. Highly recommended

It’s a little far from the city center, but still a great hotel. (Can be hard to get too if rainy) It’s in a very quiet location which is great if you don’t want the city center noise! The entire staff is super friendly and had a great level of English! The staff was very helpful if we had any problems or if we needed help. We will definitely come back here to relax next time we are in Siem Reap!

The place was really quiet and peaceful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had the whole pool to myself the whole time. It's a really peaceful place, with a lot of different rooms to choose from if you want pool access from your room, a balcony or some privacy. The bed had two hearts made from decorated flowers and the bathtub like jacuzzi in the room had water drawn already and flowers in the water by the time I checked in. First time a hotel has done that for me. It was a very special moment! Great place to get away and relax from the noise!

The hotel had done some overbooking, which meant we had to me moved elsewhere, which was very annoying especially as to replacement hotel initially offered did not suit our needs at all. So the hotel would deserve the lowest possible note. On the other hand the staff were very helpful, and went ever and beyond to find a replacement hotel that would sit our needs. So this would deserve the best note. The result is a note in the middle.

Staff were absolutely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious with nice decor and private balcony overlooking to the pool. Breakfast was buffet and alar carte. It was good to me. Angkor Wat sunrise tour arranged by hotel was very enthusiastic. Highly recommended!!!

It was an amazing stay at this hotel. Room was very clean with good size and amenities. The staff were very nice and friendly, especially Jessie and her young partner who helped to arrange the car for us to Thai border. Pool was the best pool I’ve ever stayed. It was clean and had many sunbeds for us to relax and enjoyed our drink. Highly recommended!!!

We had a great stay and extended there three nights in total. Rooms were cleaned daily and comfortable. It had a private balcony overlooking to the pool. The pool was a lovely spot where we could relax after a temple visit. Breakfast was also good. The staff was the best part of this accommodation. They were friendly and kind. We couldn’t find any place better than this!!!

We had a good memorable stay there 7 nights. The staff were extremely nice and kind. They helped to arrange our temple visit and offered us cold towel when arrival. Rooms were cleaned daily with good size and great amenities. The breakfast was also good. The pool was lovely and top-notch. It was relaxing place with sunbeds around and trees. It’s over our expectation. Highly recommended!!!

Everything was really great, location, ambient, staff and food. We had a really relaxing time at Elysium. Staff were friendly helping in arranging our activities. The room was great and so was the swimming pool surrounded by all the plants. We would recommend this hotel and we would be back to Siem Reap again

We had a great stay at this property. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with welcome drink and cold towel on the arrival. Room was good size with nice decoration and balcony overlooking the swimming pool, where was a relaxing spot after a day tour. Location was top-notch, close to many eating places and cafes and pub street. If you’re looking for a place stay in town, we would highly recommend this hotel!!!

My stay at this hotel was fantastic. A great location and very nice staff are undoubtedly the greatest advantages of this place. The room was spacious, bright, air-conditioned, clean (cleaned daily). The was helpful at every step. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

An intimate and stylish hotel, wonderful decorated, and relaxing swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious as well as the dinner. Room was spotlessly clean with good size and nice view. The overall hotel atmosphere was magic. Many thanks to Elysium team for this memorable experience!

Everything was wonderful. Staff were absolutely fantastic, very helpful, kind and always felt like coming home with the smiles. Food and drink were so good to have them at big swimming pool. Location was close to pub street. Highly recommended!
