Overall it was a really beautiful hotel centrally located next to the sights and the Georgian baths! Only regret was that the hotel in my room wouldn’t flush! And the room was very noisy at night as it was just below the rooftop restaurant so I could hear dragging of chairs until late.

Good place but expensive comper with other hotels in Tablisi

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spotless & cleaned daily, breakfast is plentiful. beautiful view.Staff are very helpful. recommended. i will visit again ❤️

the hotel was good and clean , great location , but they need to have more smiley faces and hospitality .As i found lately that its not their own issue rather than the majority of Georgian Community issue , they have a lack of smile and mostly sulky i don't know why ?you can always sense the frustration in their faces and expressions ,and un friendly most of them don't understand any other language beside Georgian and Russian, especially the taxi drivers whom you cannot communicate with them even they can't read a google map ? i had several bad experiences in Georgia and will never repeat it , i don't recommend visiting Georgia if you are looking for entertainment , it was total disappointment and a waist of money . Watch it , there is lots of scams especially in the nightlife where it happened that i was looking for a restaurant to dine in and a lady came to me asking me if i'm looking for a nice restaurant , she took me to a club called crazy monkey where it turned to be a ***** club which it was not in my intentions ? i went in and looked around and didn't like it at all and wanted to leave and the body guard stood by the door blocking me from going out and said that i have to pay 243 GEL almost 88 $ ?! i said for what i didn't even sit , he said that the minute you step in you have to pay a minimum charge which is the 243 GEL ? i had to pay because i didn't want to make troubles and left , also watch the taxi drivers i took once a taxi for trip less than 5 minutes and he asked for 40 GEL almost 15 $ ??? it is a total scam , then i asked the hotel about it they said that you should always negotiate the rate with the driver before your ride ???? since the taxis are not equipped with mile counters ? so be aware . in a nutshell Great country and very nice views ,but needs a lot to improve especially in hospitality and Georgian Ministry of tourism needs to be more active and to be equipped with hotline number to report scams and claims ,i do not recommend visiting Georgia for tourism . they still need more efforts to improve .

Great location, helpful staff, good breakfast

The hotel has a good seat and is located in the center of the old city. It is very close to the surrounding attractions on foot. The restaurant on the floor has a very high view, and the price can be about 500 yuan for two meals.

The hotel is generally good, but there is one direction that is particularly noisy. It seems that there is a bar playing music at night, and it lasts until after 1 o'clock. When you stay in the hotel, you must be careful not to face the side with many shops.

It was a very good stay. I will stay here again next time.

Everything is great, lots of restaurants, cool view. But if you are looking for solitude and tranquility, then the place is not suitable. Often until 3 am in the restaurant there were noisy feasts.

We were a group of 10 friends visiting Georgia for 11 days. We stayed for 5 nights at Tiflis Palace, and it was the saving grace. At other hotels in other cities we had such a tough time. However, the staff at Tiflis Palace in Tbilisi was courteous, helpful and cooperative. The location of the hotel is lovely, surrounded by the most happening locations of the city. I am sure to visit this city again.

This hotel has a great location-in the Old Town. It is along the river, with the ygreat Same a Cathedral directly across. It is also literally next to the famous baths of Tbilisi. The rooms are very big, which is unusual for a hotel in Old Town. The bed & bedding are wonderful, and the shower is great. Nice desk. I did not have the breakfast. The restaurant for lunch & dinners is a hi-end one on the top floor. There are so many restaurants nearby-I went upstairs only for their lemonade from the bar, which is terrific (refreshing). The front desk people are wonderful. The hotel should stop using the little throwaway bottles for shampoo, etc. and have large containers in the shower. Why clutter the world with plastic garbage?!
