整個房子很有味道，看起來富麗堂皇，位置也很好，早餐豐富。但是，一晚上房間的機器（一個是冰箱，一個不知道什麼，一直很很大的異響），睡覺很煩擾。另外一個大問題就是，自駕遊，停車服務需要預約，一定要提前聯繫酒店，他們前台要下午三點上班，我們沒有得到任何提示，到ztl限行區前，停下來打電話，她們説可以開進去，最後才知道我們開進去的門不對，所以還要收大概80的罰單！

My wife and I were very pleased with our accommodation in Siena at Palazzo Borghesi. This historic palace has been recently renovated, but it still allows for a full experience of what a noble house felt like in the old days. The personnel went above and beyond to make our stay as special as possible. We highly recommend it.

We arrived after leaving our car with a valet service that was driving it. They claimed to be insured. But never presented me with any papers. When we arrived we were presented with a very tired room. The next morning I was curious about the other rooms when the manager showed me a spectacular room that had been vacant and I saw posted on ******* a couple of days before for much less than I paid!! Needless to say not impressed!
