The location is very good and the staff is friendly, however the room was not completely clean, the floor had stains, even a nail in the bathroom. Some humidity. The normal free buffet. Generally good.

The hotel has seen better days and it could do with a few extra amenities (extra pillows, tissues, shampoo) considering the price and getting rid off the sewer smell coming out of the toilet. However the location and the people running it make a big difference. Also the food was very good.

Very good location, near the ski lift and Plaza Maribel. The breakfast buffet was very extensive, varied and rich. The dinner was a little worse in terms of quality, but also good. The room with just what you need, with views of the mountains, bathroom with hairdryer, shampoo and gel. I missed some more blankets or duvets, but the heating worked perfectly and heated up quickly. Very friendly staff. The bar-cafeteria has a great atmosphere at night and the terrace at sunset too. Although we did not use most of the services, we did see that it had a great variety: spa, activities, massages, etc.

Very nice character hotel close to the slopes at Sierra Nevada. Everything you needed was there. Cheap bar prices and food. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks.

The place is very nice, especially the views you have, the food is quite varied, both dinner and breakfast. I took the massage service and I was as good as new. The service in the bar-restaurant is very good, especially the guys who serve at the bar, in short, the customer service is very good.

Ideal for skiing. We have spent a couple of great days as a family with our son. Ideal location for skiing with access to slopes, very friendly staff, especially the guy at the ski store, good food. The only downside is that the hotel is very old and they don't renovate anything. Also a pleasant bar for aprės-sky, the shame has been the time that we have not been able to enjoy the terrace as on previous occasions
