Loved the location right on the beach, rooms need a little bit touch up, otherwise it’s perfect. If you need to go to town, it is quite a distance.

It’s a nice and beautiful hotel with seaview. However, food was not nice though lots of variety, porridge was not hot enough. Hope food will be warmer to be eaten and tastier.

Good nyaman

1. The hygiene is really bad. The sofa on the balcony is moldy. There is a lot of dust on the table in the room. The bathroom floor is not clean. 2. With the hotel, we rented a paddle board to go out to sea. It cost 125k per hour. The paddle board did not have a foot rope. Suddenly, there was a storm. No one in the hotel cared from beginning to end. No one came to the shore to see if we had returned. 3. The room smelled moldy, and the walls were dirty and moldy.

OK place, but I had a problem with the pool when I got there so I couldn't swim...

The view is amazing, breakfast has many choices, the rooms are comfortable, clean and the service is satisfying.

The accommodation conditions are OK, but the service at the front desk is not that good. The price of the island hopping tour supplier introduced to us is very expensive (more than 500 RMB per person). In the end, we found a supplier ourselves. The airport pick-up service is also twice the market price introduced by the hotel. The taxi service on the island is not well developed, so it is recommended to book it in advance. Then because we wanted to propose, we contacted the hotel by email in advance but did not receive a reply. When we asked on the spot, they were not able to provide customized services. In the end, we chose to temporarily change to the only five-star hotel on the island, the Sheraton, to propose. The Sheraton’s supervisor customized the layout and meals for the beach dinner according to our needs, which really reflected the gap between the professional level of a five-star hotel and an ordinary hotel. I believe that if I come to Ulidong Island again in the future, I will only consider the Sheraton, haha. P.S. The attached picture is the beach of the Sheraton, which is much better than the beach conditions of this hotel.

The hotel is ok.. the kids are happy.. I've stayed there twice.. and it came quickly for me to check in. So it doesn't take long. It's ready when it's busy again.. the food is delicious.. it's ok.. 😁

Facing the sea, enjoying the beach exclusively, I saw monkeys and monitor lizards while walking along the beach. Life is very tiring here. The hotel breakfast, tea, etc. are okay. The house is also relatively clean and hygienic. It's a pity that the wifi is so poor. It keeps cutting off automatically and the network speed is slow.

・There was no hair dryer in the room. (He brought it to me as soon as I told him.) ・I ran out of toilet paper the night I checked in. It probably wasn't refilled. (It was brought to me relatively quickly when I called.) ・After using it 4 or 5 times, the tissues provided in the room disappeared. This may not have been confirmed or replenished. I spent my time thinking that there were no tissues. ・After housekeeping on the second day, the instant coffee and creamer in the room were not replenished, and the used cups were still there. ・There were hairs left in the room and bathroom, and there was dust in the corners, so I felt that the cleaning was inadequate. ・I made a reservation for a 1 king bed room, but I was given a twin room. (I asked for a change, but they said it was impossible because they were fully booked. The room staff immediately came and put the two beds together.) It became only negative aspects, but the correspondence after saying it is early. In addition, the staff are friendly and everyone is very nice, and when you pass each other or make eye contact, they always greet you with a warm smile. The view from the hotel is also wonderful, and although it is not suitable for swimming, it is nice to be able to go straight to the beach.

The facilities are clean and the food is delicious. Especially recommend the seafood barbecue on Saturday evening. It is located on the outskirts of the city and is small, but it would be nice to use it in conjunction with a nearby golf course.
