The hotel is well located and clean with friendly staff. The restaurant serves a really good breakfast. However it wld be good to have a direct entrance into the hotel from the car park for safety.

The experience was great, the hotel is clean and everything is functioning properly. We didn't have any problems at all. The whole process of checking in was simple and fast without any inconveniences.

The room is OK in Zimba But it's really old, and many things can't keep up. For example, the door looks like it's been pried open, and the safety lock can no longer be closed.

My stay was fine except that my last stay in December 2023 wasn't so nice. So this year, was coming to check if the service has improved.

the environment is clean and very calming. enjoyed the warm welcome , food and the bathrooms are so tidy.

My room was a bit stuffy, however I enjoyed my dinner, and your staff are exceptionally good. in there is need to improve the gym in terms of opening time 6am is a bit late. in addition, equipment needs to be serviced and repaired. also a trainer has to be available in the gym in case of emergence. I was also delighted with breakfast it was fresh and delicious.

Everything was on point, the rooms and the linen were clean. The food at the restaurant was excellent. The reception I received from the front desk team was excellent. Well done.

The best customer service in Zimbabwe. Very professional staff members, always greeting guests with “a refreshing morning to you”. Such a great stay. Highly recommended, will certainly visit again. Special thanks to housekeeping, restaurant and conference venue staff. They were truly amazing.
