have to cancle my booking because got issues about VEP card...already request to cancle booking but my request was rejected & hotel strictly dont want to refund..not recommended due to cannot discussing while you have an emergency matter

Beware of K Hotel 12: A Disappointing Experience! I recently stayed at K Hotel 12 in Singapore and was appalled by the experience, prompting me to warn others. Contrary to the promising photos on Trip.com, the room I was assigned bore no resemblance to what was advertised—missing basic amenities, decor, and space. It felt more like a cell than a hotel room, cramped with a distinct, unpleasant smell and just one electrical outlet for three guests. The cleanliness and maintenance were below any reasonable standard, with visible mold on walls, broken switches, and a lack of hygiene. The bathroom facilities were dismal, and the air conditioning unit was both noisy and dysfunctional, leaking water continuously. Moreover, the hotel engages in deceptive practices, offering $20 cashback for 5-star reviews, which misleadingly inflates its online ratings. This is not a loyalty program but a scheme to mislead potential guests. The public spaces were also a letdown, with a pervasive disturbing odor, not at all reflecting the online images. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience of my life, significantly tarnishing our trip to Singapore. I strongly advise against booking at this establishment unless you want your vacation ruined.

It was not the best locations to the tourists spots and the room is soo small and tight for 3 persons. The tissue is too thin and the bath tub is not working. There’s no shower curtain so the water is splashing in the toilet and the floor. The rubbish is not taken out everyday.

The air conditioner takes more than 10 minutes to cool and it was not even that cold. The bath tub is stained looking dirty. The toilet has no shower curtain so water is all over the place afterwards.

Only booked for the size of the bed but quite was quite disappointed with the room. I had to kill a few cockroaches inside the room and couldn’t get any sleep because of it. I wish they’d clean a bit more to prevent this kind of infestation since a lot of people stay at this hotel. The stay was okay for a night, I guess.

Airconditioning unit was not functioning, even requested for a transfer of room as but was advised that we should requested the next day. The room was good for 6 persons and yet the outlet was just good for 2 and 2 USB, sharing one port. Safety is a concern as the outlet becomes hot , when advised on the port condition, the counter attendant advised us to buy extension and charged our unit one by one but the outlet was so slow in charging. the staff didnt advised that we can go when we check out. There was a heater for coffee but no cup to use.

Hi. If you are travelling with your family and want your trip not to be spoiled never book this hotel. Firstly, the door has no peep hole and it is not safe cause there a hole where they just tampered it with a paper and a tape. Secondly, there is not enough space, it is really unpleasant. Thirdly, the private bathroom is not that clean, there are rust and it isn't appealing, gives you the creeps. I am sorry, but when my family and I checked in and checked the room we decided to book another hotel that fits us. I hope they will stop advertising falsely or start improving our what they lack. The basics for hotel is not even there, I hope this review will help future family travellers. (if you are a solo traveller, maybe you'll be fine with it, but again not good for a family of five and above)

Stay 3days 2Nights. No hair dryer was provide at the room. Only when requested at front desk just get it. However, hair dryer was no function after we stay 1Night. We request replace a new one with front desk again, but another staff (Uncle) told us cannot exchange, ask us to exchange with another staff in next morning 😑😑😔😔 Unsatisfied the services as we bring the kids to stay with us. Will choose another hotel for next Trip.

We stayed here for 5 days. Convenient for take bus to MRT, bus go to Toa Payoh, Bugis, Ang Mo Kio,… Reception Indian girl & Chinese women was helpful. But the hotel really need to RENOVATION even is budget hotel. We was stayed budget hotel before but compared with this was worse. Too old then all was old accessories. Room was small for 3 pax got lift. Windows can’t close properly if raining then no eyes see. No hair dryer need borrow from reception. Toilet wall tiles replace wall stickers. Bath tub, WC & basin was old accessories. Hotel really need renovation if not really nobody will stay here again. Thank you!
