Even if you are used to stay in nice hotels, you can enjoy this hotel. Not only the rooms and a swimming pool but also staffs here are really wonderful. I love hospitality of the staffs here.

I want to sincerely thank Ping Ping at Marina Bay Sands for making our anniversary truly special. Her warm and attentive service during check-in set the tone for a memorable stay. She went above and beyond by providing detailed directions to Chijmes and other attractions, which made our experience even better. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy our anniversary without any worries. Ping Ping’s exceptional service is a big reason why our stay was so wonderful!

This is my 3rd time staying in MBS, perfect location for shopping, walking to Garden by the Bay, Merlion and many more. also I’m really appreciated room attendants 👍👍👍

All was really nice. Fantastic view on the infinity pool. Room condition was great. We could see Super tree show directly in the room.

It was just OK for a big name. Not super good for family travellers. Restaurants aren’t good at all with way too many people. Night view from the poolwas good though.

To be honest it was the best hotel we stayed in. The staff was so considerate and kind. They even asked if we are celebrating any occasion and try their best to make it special . We were unsure about our next trip to Singapore but because of kind people and marina bay sands we wanna come again. The service and the staff is spectacular .

We request for our room to be at 9 floor and above, the request was fulfilled. They also upgrade us to the a bigger unit at 25th floor with a beautiful view. We are very please and happy with this special arrangement.

Everything is available if you can afford it. From top restaurants to food court. Only the parking is expensive.

Everything was good, the only thing is, they promised a birthday present, but forgot to send it. And also waited for extra bed two hours, and only get it when I call to the reseption again
