Not all the receptionists can speak Chinese, but they will translate it for you. No deposit is required, but you need to provide a credit card or UnionPay card number, saying that you need to register it. The 51st floor of the hotel has a good sightseeing view, and it is free to visit. I forgot to take a picture of the room. The room I stayed in had a closed floor-to-ceiling window with a good view. It is about 1km to walk at night, but it is really hot during the day, so I usually grab the location of the E5/capita spring lobby downstairs.
