I’m my booking confirmation stated have amenities but when I go into the room has nothing. I even requested in my booking request.
My name was wrongly spell in the tv screen showed in my room.

Amazing hotel for a family staycation, especially over the New Year countdown. The location isn’t convenient for travellers, and much of the moving around is by foot. Although 5 stars, the overall room amenities is bare minimum (only 2 toothbrush, without comb, shave kit, etc). Also the room comes with just 2 capsule of coffee. Not quite what we expect for a USD500 per night room.

The restaurant food is good, the best is their Nespresso coffee. Hotel service is great. Love the hotel as the walkway to the room is not aircon, not so cold for my kids when we walk back from swimming pool.

Excellent service by Syed ,paid attention to all details.The room was upgraded to a suite due to anniversary.Great friendly lifeguard at the pool.Peaceful and quiet ambiance.Loved the farm and peacock.In room dining is really very good and fast service.

The overall stay was good. But you can tell that they are having some cost cutting measures in place such as the reduction in the number and type of TWG tea in the room as compare to my previous stay

Posh, luxurious and nice hotel up in the hills of sentosa Island. My family and I had a wonderful time at sofitel sentosa. Room was spacious and clean, a much getaway from the city.

Really really love this hotel but the included breakfast was mediocre at best. Huge huge let down food on your food department so please buckle up!

If you need a transquility birthday getaway, this is one of the nice resorts in Sentosa. Everything happened in the resort for the past 24hrs made one the best memories for me in 2024.

It was a nice room, however there wasnt any creamer for the coffee.. at the hotel restaurant breakfast buffet, I went to the noodles making soup at 0930 the lady making the noodles told me that i came too late and she wasnt serving. I went back to the counter and saw her serving other people.. live stations closes at 1030, was not my first time there. This happened on the 10/11/14.
Also, when the staff at the restaurant clears the table, they dont ask if you are done with the plate, they jus clear it... like I WAS NOT DONE.. one of the staff when clearing my salad plate, poured the balsamic vinegar dressing on me, worse is she didnt know cause she was "in a rush" to prep for lunch. This happened on the 09/11/24 at ard 1020hrs?
It's quite disappointing that the standard of the restaurant dropped so much even tho the food is nice.

Spacious and clean room, got the room with garden view balcony. Imo the balcony lock doesn’t seem secure enough & not much view. Overall stay was pleasant with comfortable space, bed and pillow menu to choose from. There’s TWG tea and Coffee machine for your caffeine fix. Even though located far from main sentosa area there is a shuttle bus in/out to habourfront station exit D. Also shuttle bus outside the hotel towards beach station to catch the monorail. otherwise complimentary parking is available as well. Kudos to Kwee Zeen staff and manager Peter’s hospitality. Reception staff kind of give off some vibes imo not very welcoming & “seem busy to answer to your queries” short-staff perhaps. Nonetheless, it’s still pleasant get away as resort screams resort vibes.

Convenient, there is free shuttle from hotel to resortworld and vivocity. Room design is nice, though room size a little small.
Amenities wise, it will be better if there are more facilities for kids. Eg. Playroom, pool play area etc.
