Pretty basic stay with option to cook which I liked! Check in was rather messy but thankfully it wasn't busy when I did. Location can be a chore if you return late, long walk from mrt.

Location is fantastic. However, I'm not sure about the sound proof. First time in all my staycation, I received call from the reception counter citing my level guests complained that my room is noisy! I'm like... Oh! So sorry, my TV might got a little too loud will tune down the volume.... ... I was very disturbed by the complaint. Earlier on, I dunno which guests bang some doors and there's also knocking of the doors... I peep through the eye viewer, no one was out there. I'm sure my Netflix is not as loud. Unfortunately, no one investigated it, it's okie all I stayed was 1 night, let all the blame be on me then! (Yes, I'm passive aggressive). If the complaint is true, then it just proof that their soundproofing is real real real bad. I'm just watching Netflix with my husband (2 pax in the small room with an AIWA TV) the volume is just at norm level.

Though running on a full occupancy during festive season, hotel frontdesk staff tried to accommodate to our request to be housed on the same floor, side by side. The pool is delightful. Staff tried their best to seat guests at breakfast as quickly as they could. Quality of the food however, is mediocre. Thank you for the hospitality. My family had am enjoyable staycay.

Nice hotel and very strategic place. Located in front of tiong bahru market. The are 2 downside though : 1. The room is so small with almost no extra space for luggage 2. Bed length is not standard, i think only about 180 cm instead of 200 cm. So when i slept, part of my feet was dangling

I was very happy with my stay here, the location ever so slightly out of some of the main tourist areas was close to three MRTs and very quiet. So much so that I slept for twelve hours = jetlag. James on the front desk was very helpful, running down the street after me when I stupidly left my passport behind.

The staff is nice, and the coffee machine is very convenient, but the room is not cleaned properly, and the newly changed sheets often have dirty things, which is inconsistent with Singapore's clean and hygienic image.
