We enjoyed our stay at Yotel Singapore very much. The room was cleaned well and very tidy. Excellent location, very convenient and close to the malls just across the road. And the train and the bus were downstairs at the hotel, 3 minutes walk. We absolutely love the public transport system, so convenient. Thank you so much. We loved our vacation in Singapore. Concierge was really friendly and accommodating. It’s really nice of them to give us a complimentary upgrade with bathtub which was honestly a pleasant surprise. Although the cleanliness can be improved as the bathtub was kinda dirty. Overall, I’d say it’s really decent and up to standard. The location is also great, everything is within walking distance.

I managed to book the club room at a very good rate which was very value for money as the room is very spacious, clean, with balcony, including breakfast, light refreshments, evening cocktails, 2pcs of laundry daily. The receptionists and staffs in the club lounge were very friendly and helpful. I was given late check out until 2pm as well. I have stayed in other hotels in Singapore under Far East at higher price but Orchard Rendezvous has the best value and service. Highly recommended!

Situated away from the busy streets of Singapore, Mercure on Stevens offers a comfortable stay with all the basic necessities you need. Comfortable bed and pillows, extensive choices for buffet breakfast, a convenience store nearby and MRT, this hotel will surely make your stay worthwhile in SG. I really recommend this hotel to travelers who prefer peace and quiet.

Cleanliness: - In terms cleanliness, the room is immaculate. No physical signs of dust settling anywhere in the room. - The floor are mostly not carpeted. So it’s quite cold whoever you walk around the room if u leave the air-con switched on most of the time. Amenities: - Room was equipped with International channels. - Room is very spacious. Suitable to bring guests for card games. - The view from the room is unobstructed. So it’s quite nice to see from the window . - The tv was installed in the positioned right in front of the bed. - The shower area is very clean. - Beds and linens are comfortable. Additional pillows are provided by default. There is an open carpark within the hotel which is quite secure via gantry. . Service: - Room service are quite swift. - The concierge team is very helpful & was one of the reasons why we came to this hotel. Never fails to help us load the strollers and luggage with and from the car. On the overall, I will definitely come back again. It's our 2nd time stay by the way.

Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. We got a room with beautiful view of the pool and buildings in the surrounding. Service is good and amenities well provided. There is a new mrt station just across the hotel so it is very convenient to go around. Will stay again in future.

The lift is a bit troublesome as you have to change lift in order to get to ur rooms Overall it’s good but a bit pricy due to great location There is a picture shows a view from my room

Good hotel but room will be a bit smaller than you think. They only give body towels (no facial or hand towel) and do not have “do not disturb” sign

I received an upgrade to signature room, for which I am very happy about it. But the queue to check in was very long, it took 45mins of queuing to check in. The hotel, being beside orchard tower, was unfortunate. At night past 11pm, if you exit the hotel to get some snacks or walk on the street outside the hotel, you may get harassed by girls. On my stay on the 26th, In the orchard hotel (orchard wing) lift, there are girls soliciting, showing their Wechat QR code. They alighted on the 8th floor. I hope the management can look into it.
