Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, pomocny gospodarz. Czyste, duże, wyposażone i wygodne pokoje. Świetne miejsce na wypoczynek. W okolicy wiele smacznych knajp i restauracji. Przed przyjazdem warto zadbać o miejsce na prywatnym parkingu nieopodal.

I want to give this review for a place that became very special to my family. We have stayed in apartments that are conveniently located in old towns, had effective communication with the host, and were tastefully decorated. This place was all this and much more. From the onset of our communication, it was clear that Luca pays attention to every single detail to ensure the best comfort of his guests. This included the way of payment that would be most convenient to us; transfer service from the airport, which was much cheaper than taxi; and even asking my daughter the type of bed she wants to sleep on. When we arrived, Luca generously spent almost an hour showing us around the place and recommending what to do in Ortigia and where to eat. The place is impeccably clean and you can tell Luca’s family put their hearts into decorating this place. Given that the building is old, the bathroom drains are not functioning perfectly, which is expected. Notably, the memory foam mattresses we slept on were comparable to 5-star hotels – we slept like we were at home! We ate in Luca’s cute garden and followed his suggestion about ice cream in town - the best gelato place. We were sad to say goodbye and hope this review will lead many more guests to have a restful stay in Sicily!

This is such a wonderful place, we stayed in Ciricò, which was perfect for the two of us. The terrace was so lovely to sit out in, the area, in a quiet side street made it a perfect little oasis in busy Ortigia yet it was close to the sea for our morning swim and to cafes, restaurants and shops. Luca was helpful from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, including helping us organise car parking and airport transfers and making sure we had some basic supplies to start us off. The air conditioning was wonderful and the place was really comfortable and well equipped. Thank you Luca

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Luca dans l’appartement Baronie ! Luca est un hôte extrêmement attentionné avec qui nous avons pu échanger lors de la réservation afin de choisir l’appartement le plus adapté à nos souhaits. La communication a ensuite été excellente à notre arrivée et durant l’ensemble du séjour, Luca était toujours prêt à nous rendre service et nous a donné toutes les informations utiles (où se garer, liste de restaurants, endroits à voir…). L’appartement était très propre et très bien équipé avec une cuisine fonctionnelle et tous les produits de base (sel, sucre, café, liquide vaisselle…) et le gros plus quand on voyage avec un enfant : une buanderie disponible avec sèche linge. Également très appréciable : la rampe à l’entrée et l’ascenseur qui étaient très confortables avec une poussette ! Enfin l’appartement est idéalement placé dans le centre d’Ortigia mais néanmoins au calme. Nous recommandons la Casa Delle Fate à 1000% !

Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento ciricò con la mia famiglia e non posso dire altro che complimenti a Luca per la sua incredibile pazienza e gentilezza. All'arrivo ci ha consegnato un dossier sulle mete principali di ortigia e limitrofe, dandoci la possibilità di scoprire piccole realtà dal grande fascino. L'appartamento è buono e dotato dei comfort principali. Consigliato!!

This is a fantastic budget solution for a stay in Ortigia for an independent traveller. Luca, the host, is intent on providing whatever information a guest might need. The flat is superbly located, well appointed and comfortable to relax between outings on this magical island.
