Sehr schönes Hotel, super Lage, angenehmes Zimmer, schöner Spa Bereich, freundliches Personal, leckeres Essen, da können sich die meisten Hotels in Deutschland eine Scheibe abschneiden

Sehr gute Frühstück!!unglaublich bequemes Bett!! Sehr freundliche Personal. Sehr saubere Zimmer und Hotel selber. Wir waren jetzt schon 2 mal dort. Kommen gerne wieder.Gute Sauna! Mit Massage 💆‍♀️ war mein Mann auch sehr zufrieden!!

Sehr schön neu renoviertes Hotel. Ruhig zum grünen Park gelegen. Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, super Betten, schönes Bad, separat WC, Minibar etc, alles was man braucht. (Tolle Kosmetikprodukte von Molton Brown im Bad) Ausgesprochen freundliche Mitarbeiter am Empfang, im Speisesaal. Reichhaltiges Frühstück (mit Espressomaschine, nicht nur Filterkaffee) warmen Speisen etc. Waren zum Abendessen auch im Haus und hatten à la Carte. Speisesaal wirkte gediegen, neues Mobiliar, dezente Musik im Hintergrund. Nur die Dekoration war etwas nüchtern, überall nur gleichgrosse Spiegel an den weissen Wänden und etwa vier kleinere Topfpflanzen verteilt in einem grossen Raum. Da könnte es mehr Pflanzen und einige Bilder vertragen. Essen war ausgezeichnet, Wiener Schnitzel schmeckte nach Butter (ist nicht oft der Fall) mit sehr gutem Kartoffelsalat. Gnocchi mit Pilzsauce waren ebenfalls delikat. Bedienung sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht besucht, aber eine Liste lag im Zimmer auf. Uns hat es sehr gefallen, zum Weiterempfehlen!

Это просто чудесный отель. Завтрак просто огонь.чистый уютный. Комнаты большие.очень вежливый персонал. Иногда не хватает парковки ну это мелочь. Есть минибар даже. сауна,бассейн. Вообщем мы снова туда собираемся!!! Мы были очень довольны!!

Our second visit to the hotel. The rooms are clean. The bathroom and toilet are separate. The room had a Nespresso machine, small minibar, TV, hairdryer, slippers and bathrobe. The room was clean with two balconies overlooking the park. The room also had a small seating area.

Very nice hotel, modernly equipped rooms and common areas, nice, friendly and professional staff. The hotel is located in a quiet part of the park, near the center of Frantiskovy Lazni, great relaxation, hotel pool and procedures available, value for money, performance above expectations

All reviews before July 2023 can be ignored, as the hotel has had a new owner and new management since the end of July and has also undergone a visual renovation. Plus - Location of the imposing Grand Hotel building right on the spa park, a bit away from the other historic spa hotels - Booked a junior suite with a view of the park and this was wonderful: Huge space, a very large and comfortable king-size bed, high ceilings, seating, full-length balcony. Bathroom with shower was standard, toilet was separate. Ironing board, safe, minibar and Nespresso coffee and tea maker available. Large, new TV. - Friendly and helpful staff - Small indoor pool with sauna and steam bath. Minus To reduce criticism, it must be said that the hotel was only recently reopened and, according to management, many things ordered have not yet been delivered. - There are enough hotel parking spaces, but they cost EUR 10 per day. - At check-in, the bill was requested to be paid immediately. - The suites face south and do not have air conditioning or a ceiling fan. This no longer corresponds to today's standards. - The closet in the room is far too small to hold the clothes of two guests. - No chairs on the balcony. When we asked, some were brought to us. - Minibar poorly stocked, there was no wine and/or sparkling wine and there was no price list for the minibar and snacks - No written explanation of how the TV, which was set in Czech, works - No information folder from the hotel about in-house spa treatments, opening times of the hotel's own facilities, sights in the town or in the surrounding area or region. - The dining area has the charm of a university cafeteria or company canteen. Completely oversized, only a few tables set, no tablecloths, no flowers, nothing. - Breakfast was just about the minimum standard of a 3-star hotel at best - We had booked half board and can only advise against it. The very limited selection is at best low-class home cooking. Drinks cost extra and were very inexpensive.
