We arrived just after 6.00 that evening. We rang both of the numbers which were on a piece of paper attached to the outside door to contact the owners, if they weren't on the premises. While we were stood outside another guest was ringing the same numbers as she had accidently locked her key inside. The lady was distressed, but thankfully another guest arrived to let her in. There was several keypads on the wall outside, but we were never given a code, or room number when the booking had been confirmed. This wasn't mentioned on the page when booking.
