Amazing experience, in the triple room with the family. Felt right at home with all the care and extended benefits for accomodation of our needs. Really loved the room, location and bit away from the airport. However, really loved the beautiful rooms and almost everything you need right in its place.

This was a great hotel, we used it for an overnight stay after a long-haul flight. Room was good, beds OK and generally a well-appointed room. Only issue was that there was only two sachets of decaffeinated coffee in the room, I asked at reception for more ad was told it would be sent up. Two hours later it had not arrived and i had to ring ”housekeeping ” to get it delivered. It did eventually arrive. Why do hotels not put out enough decaffeinated coffee sachets, it is our experience that we always have to ask for more!!!

Stayed here for a few nights whilst on a course, the hotel is very comfortable and decorated well. The room had a good bed, good size TV and walk in shower. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were professional and friendly. The pool and spa looked amazing, only negative was the temperature of the steam room and sauna was so high it takes your face off, too uncomfortable to stay in for more than 1 minute,

We wanted a mini break for my family. The hotel is absolutely stunning,great facilities,restaurants.bar,spa .Grounds Ellie greeted us on arrival & showed us round .Such a lovely greeting made us feel very welcome.All the staff are very friendly & they make sure everything is perfect throughout your stay .Our food in moorish restaurant was again excellent.Staff gave us great service,making sure we had all we needed.The buffet is a great addition.All the food was absolutely delicious & very tasty. The spa experience was out of this world.Mia & jas showed us round & pointed us in the right directions for interior pool ,jacuzzi,sauna,steam room,outside pool . We also each had a full body massage.I have to say that was the best massage I’ve ever had .Great communication on needs ,right pressure.A definite must to de stress your body.Afterwards we relaxed in the Himalayan salt room .If your looking for a excellent hotel to stay in .You definitely won’t be disappointed. Breakfast should have been served until 10 am. We got into the restaurant 9.15 and there was hardly anything left, One spoonful of scrambled egg which I had to gather from around the pan for my husband - none for me, no bacon, no sausage, no hash brown or tomato. They did have beans!! Having asked and waited, we got a bit of bacon and some sausages that were so hard we could hardly cut them!! Then , at 10am they asked us to leave the room because they had to get it ready for something else. Our bedroom was ok but there was a skylight in the roof and the sun came flooding in just after 4 am so I didn’t sleep. Waste of time having black out curtains at the window when you don’t cover the skylight. The teaspoons on the dressing table had not been washed. The shower was nice but the water came out all over the floor - our friends had the same in their room. All in all not a good experience and I wouldn’t stay there again. I did mention all of this to the reception guy but he just smiled at me. Not sure if he spoke English!

Although I reviewed this hotel back in June, I thought I would give an update on our last, and definitely final, visit to this hotel. In July we stayed at the Sheraton for one night and parked our car at the hotel for 3 weeks. After midnight, when we had gone to bed, we heard a high powered car being revved and raced around the car park. Yes, someone was using the car park as a race track, using the cars parked there as the edges of the track! Someone else was taking pictures on their mobile phone. We contacted reception, who sent out a security guard and another member of staff. They, however, obviously knew the people racing the car and had a good laugh and joke with them before returning to the hotel, leaving the racers still revving their car and taking photos. I took photos too (attached). My wife was incensed by this total lack of interest from the hotel, and stormed down to reception. One of the people who had gone out to the car was there, plus the duty manager looking rather sheepish. They apologised with a grin on their faces and seemed to think that it was totally acceptable to them that this was going on as the people racing the car were members of staff!!! An incredible attitude. And it was obvious from their reaction that this was not a first time occurrence. Realising that we weren't going to get anywhere with the totally useless members of staff, and as by now the racers had left, we decided to raise the problems with a senior member of staff the following day. A couple of the managers we spoke to on the following day were disgusted at what had happened the previous night. Unfortunately they had already handed in their resignation as they weren't happy with the way the hotel is being run. So decide if you're happy to leave your car at a hotel that condones its staff using the car park as a race track and what damage they could do to your car. Remember, any damage to your car is not the responsibility of the hotel, even if it's their own staff who have caused the damage! Please read the other reviews regarding cars being damaged at this Hotel. I posted a review on the Marriott website and received a very defensive response from the front desk duty manager. She apologised for the fact that staff were racing cars in the car park but didn't seem to really take it seriously. This experience, combined with the non-working air conditioning in the bedrooms, the tvs in the bedrooms that often don't work, the gaffer-taped tatty old carpeting in the hallways, the scruffy pool area that is hardly ever swept clean, the downgraded quality of the Club Lounge and the withdrawal of the Club concierge service seems to be indicative of a company seeking to justify changing the branding of this hotel to one of Marriotts budget brands. However, they're still charging 4 star prices for a hotel that now struggles to give one star service. Shame on you Marriott for ruining a formerly very good quality hotel. Hotel was exceptionally and staff were generally friendly. Only thing they forgot was the kettle I requested for a replacement for the one in the room as it had a dirty filter, though the replacement never came it was still a good and economical stay, convenient location with lots of amenities around as it is a 10-15 bus ride from Heathrow airport .

The staff in this hotel are so welcoming. Outstanding service and friendly all round. There is in my opinion a couple of staff who should be recognised for their above and beyond service making guests feel more than welcome. Ella, Sarah, Vaz and Charmaine. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Even the bar staff must include” Steve” are happy to give you an enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone Oh! by the way. The standard of food in this hotel is exceptionally good quality. A beautiful complimentary breakfast and menu. 24/7. Well done all.
