"The welcoming and helpfulness of the receptionist was very nice, he was a kind person. The bathroom was good size, you can move around properly. The only thing I really missed that you have no access to open the window, and for me comes down to -you have to breath in the previous guests smell- The local bus costs £1.75 and runs every half an hour (which is not much) plus airport shuttle bus charges you £6.50 both runs twice in an hour. It’s is a nice quiet please, unfortunately there is no shops around the area, but despite this I still recommend this place. The level of cleanliness worth to stay."
"The location is good as there is direct bus to airport. The breakfast was pretty good, the staff is helpful. However there is no drinking water provided. There is M&S opposite the hotel."
"First receptionist we dealt with was really nice but then she had to ask a colleague for help with our check in and she was extremely rude. Having booked an executive room, we were told we didnt get access to the executive lounge as hadn't booked direct. Load of rubbish. Went to our room, quick call to Hilton Customer Care and they confirmed we did have executive lounge access so went back to reception.
The hotel is really comfortable, big spacious rooms, nice beds, bathrooms with shower and bath. Water wasn't free even in executive rooms which was a bit of a shock (£2.50 a bottle).
Executive lounge was nice but service much cut back from last time I stayed at few years ago. Fridges empty most of the day, snacks not topped up. Dirty cups everywhere etc. Evening snacks was good but again, reduced compared to what they used to offer. Spirits and prosecco was a nice touch though.
Breakfast served in the restaurant for executive room guests. Really nice selection, mostly buffet but eggs and omelettes cooked to order. Nice coffee.
Staff on the whole are really friendly and welcoming (apart from the receptionist on day one). We had 3 nights here and enjoyed it.
There is a shuttle bus from terminal 5 to the hotel door which is £6.80 per person or you can take bus number 5 which stops on the road outside the hotel for £1.50. If staying more than one night, there is buses to Windsor, legoland, Slough and hounslow (for the tube to central london)."
"Eveyrbtinh is great apart from the fact that the hotel carpark is only available after 6pm. Lucky I got a space at the meter in front of the hotel entrance. The nearest carpark is another 10-15 min walk. Everything else is great."
"Have stayed here before, convenient for LHR which is only 15 minutes away, room although very comfortable was a little dated in the bathroom, whoever put the sealant around the bath/shower did not do a great job as it was a bit tacky, this is not a criticism more an observation.
One annoying factor which seems to be creeping in amongst hotels is the additional charge for parking, the room rate was very reasonable hence why I selected it, however I admit I missed the info on parking charges which added another £10 overall to the cost. it's a bit like airports charging you to drop off their customers."
"This was a budget overnight stay, however, it was good value for the money.
Warm welcome at the reception and was helped to my room.
Single room ensuite shower and toilet, with good WiFi, TV, Telephone and coffee/tea facilities. Very clean and warm. Excellent shower.
Breakfast was with a good selection and choice, including 'full english', along with cereals and toast with jam. Smashing coffee machine added the extra star."
"Nice location, ample parking, easy to find. Disappointing things were no wifi connectivity in the room no network signal either. The leisure facilities were not looked after as jacuzzi was out of order without a mention on website, steam room was not operational one day out of the two days stay. Not enough lights in the room. Double bed was bit too small. Both The reception guys were excellent very polite and helpful."
"Hotel is clean and a short cab ride away from the train station.
It was £15 to check in early which felt a little expensive but after a long drive we decided to pay. It would be nice if this could be a benefit for loyalty to the hotels.
Unfortunately, the alarm went off in the early hours and continued for over an hour which meant that we did not get a good night’s sleep. A breakfast voucher would have been appreciated for the inconvenience."
"When I first arrived in Slough I had some misapprehensions but the staff have been absolutely wonderful, the room is perfect, the location so convenient I keep extending my stay! There is nothing anywhere near as good value available in central London and the train station with the massive Tesco nearby is so close and convenient it’s a no brainer. Save your pounds for seeing the sites. Stay here and enjoy the wonderful hospitality, quick un congested trips into the city, and a room you’d pay 3x the cost for in London. Room service 24 hours and an onsite gym. Don’t expect too much from Slough - but the access to London and Heathrow make this an exceptional choice."
"Near the airport, there is a direct bus.
It is a cozy small hotel, the room is newly renovated, very clean and elegant.
Free parking is available, and there are several restaurants in the town but not many choices."

Very Good
WWaa YumThere is plenty of space in the living room and rooms. The whole environment is very clean. The bathtub is very big and my daughter loves it very much. Will definitely come back in the future.
