The location is very convenient, close to the city center and train station! The staff is very friendly! The breakfast is OK if the price is taken into consideration. The facility is poor, the chair in the room is broken. The shower does not work properly ( not able to change the temperature).

The reception staff at this establishment are that perfect combination of efficient and friendly. Every request my husband and I made was happily executed. On our trip to UK (from Australia) we have stayed in posher hotels but the Travelodge in Slough was the most welcoming!

We had excellent service from Supriya and the other staff who were so friendly and helpful. Supriya even put an extra bed into the room as we had a last minute child to accommodate so that was really kind of her. I would just say that the pillows were incredibly hard so it would be good to have some softer ones please! And it was a very noisy location with air conditioning units next door going all night. But Supriya and your lovely staff made up for that - they were sooooo lovely.

It was a nice experience, and Hina was very professional offering all the information about the surrounding area.

Close to the train station, room was quite large, bed was comfy, bathroom satisfactory, breakfast delicious.

There were nice people working there, one of them was Sepria. The area on the other hand was not very good. Sommething fishi was going on wile we were there

Overall good hotel, great location and food.

Poor hotel with low class of customer service, the staff were rude, only 1 lift worked, fire alarm going off at 4am with no apology and the cleanliness was non existent. This hole is truly a dive. stay Away!!

It is close to the train station and restaurants, making traveling very convenient. Wi-Fi is only free for the first 30 minutes, and 24-hour Wi-Fi is £3. It’s unimaginable that you have to pay to have 24-hour Wi-Fi in a hotel room you booked.

Not recommended Poor hotel

The rooms and hotel its self are what you expect from a budget hotel. I decided to go for food and the service I got from a guy called Alluoyn (hopefully I got his name right) was excellent. At first I wanted to take my food to my room but he convinced me to eat in the restaurant (glad I did) Alluoyn couldn’t do enough for me. He advised me on what to order and was warm and welcoming. The hotel its self is 2.5 maybe 3 at a push but honestly the service from him was great. He is a credit to Travelodge Slough. I think he works with the bak cafe team.

Had a fantastic and hassle free check in experience. Staff name Hina was friendly and professional. Rooms are nice and clean. Overall happy so far. Specially room interiors is just mesmerising. On the other hand staff are so polite and decent in theirs own specially Hina is such a nice personality.

Tremendous staff. Hina and the manager especially. Very good facilities despite being scheduled for refurbishment shortly. Bar staff are friendly and great too. Terrific view of Winsdor Castle. Just around the corner from Wetherspoons and local entertainment.
