The location is very convenient, close to the city center and train station! The staff is very friendly! The breakfast is OK if the price is taken into consideration. The facility is poor, the chair in the room is broken. The shower does not work properly ( not able to change the temperature).

The reception staff at this establishment are that perfect combination of efficient and friendly. Every request my husband and I made was happily executed. On our trip to UK (from Australia) we have stayed in posher hotels but the Travelodge in Slough was the most welcoming!

We had excellent service from Supriya and the other staff who were so friendly and helpful. Supriya even put an extra bed into the room as we had a last minute child to accommodate so that was really kind of her. I would just say that the pillows were incredibly hard so it would be good to have some softer ones please! And it was a very noisy location with air conditioning units next door going all night. But Supriya and your lovely staff made up for that - they were sooooo lovely.

It was a nice experience, and Hina was very professional offering all the information about the surrounding area.

Close to the train station, room was quite large, bed was comfy, bathroom satisfactory, breakfast delicious.

Only issues was had to pay for parking

There were nice people working there, one of them was Sepria. The area on the other hand was not very good. Sommething fishi was going on wile we were there

Overall good hotel, great location and food.

Poor hotel with low class of customer service, the staff were rude, only 1 lift worked, fire alarm going off at 4am with no apology and the cleanliness was non existent. This hole is truly a dive. stay Away!!

It is close to the train station and restaurants, making traveling very convenient. Wi-Fi is only free for the first 30 minutes, and 24-hour Wi-Fi is £3. It’s unimaginable that you have to pay to have 24-hour Wi-Fi in a hotel room you booked.

Not recommended Poor hotel

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in for the following reasons Worn out and very tired rooms Fire alarm going off at 1.00 am had to evacuate building and staff did not have a clue on how to deal with this. If there was a zero rating that's what I would have given. Travelodge had no choice but to refund our stay absolutely shocking.

Hotel is good enough if you want a cheap hotel, dont expect anything amazing, bed sheets only get after 5 days and you have to make bed yourself, you can request more bed sheets but have to change them yourself, coffee and tea never got changed but you don’t want to use the water for drinking as it looked musty, overall its an ok hotel if you’re wanting to only pay £30-£40 a night, parking is also charged and worth paying to upgrading the room as you get a better mattress and complimentary wifi otherwise you have to pay for wifi, room is a bit small for even 2 people luggage so you need to be organised with your luggage.

Had a lovely stay, Perfect location 10 minutes away from Legoland perfect for children very accommodating.
