Utsav grand property is very big, but very poorly maintained, no hot water supply, cob webs, leaks in the walls covered with fungus, no staff to attend, pegion menance all over the property. I spite of complaint s to change the room staff was very reluctant. Very bad experience did not want to defame but not worth u are money.

Not well maintained property, fungus and cob webs every were, reluctant and clueless staff. Needs lot of staff for maintenance.

1) Room Service was good but in evening they didn't picked up our call when we needed them.
2) Snacks were very salty and we didn't enjoyed them.
3) Room was clean and good but bathroom had spots on mirror and shower glass.

It wasn’t something exquisite but it was decent in all regards. Can be visited again too. I would say the management could have been better regarding the room service.
