Very nice hotel Nice reception Amazing time 🥰😍☀️🤩🫶☺️🤗 Good choice

The hotel is right on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea and has its own exclusive beach. The garden is also quite large, convenient for walking and exercising. The hardware in the gym and restaurant are all in line with expectations. Breakfast was good.

The balcony of the room faces the hotel garden, which is very beautiful. It's just that the room facilities are older.

It's not clean, but it's okay to stay for a day. It's okay Breakfast was delicious

Location is very good, the building is impeccable at all levels, lobby, restaurant and rooms. The food is varied, sufficient and of high quality

I don't know how I can start this but one word would say it all: FABULOUS! We got there at about 23:00 and then checked in. The room has a very high ceiling and the family room what me,my mom and dad stayed in was pretty roomy and the main bed was gigantic. The kids bed was a normal single bed. The balcony is really nice and is pretty cosy as it's bigger than the other balcony's I've ever seen. Now the pool,what people want to know about. It has all the heights and is big enough for everyone. And in there you're not squished!! And the water park is well ,really really good!! It only has three slides but it's super fun. Now the food is delicious but it's very repetitive. In the dining hall there's obviously waiters and there's these 2 waiters who are lovely and we got quite pally with them and I asked for a photo on the last day. But they all seem nice waiters but these 2 waiters where really nice! And I can guarantee they are both really nicest men in the world! And at the pool bar the people there are also really nice!! If you go this hotel you'll really like them all. All the staff there seem extremely happy. But the animation people have the most energy ever and are really easy to talk to.

Had a wonderful week here end of June. We were given access to all amenities early as we arrived well before our check in time. Room was comfortable, especially the huge bed and quality pillows. All kept clean by the wonderful cleaners. Animation team were excellent, encouraging participation but not pushy. They worked extremely hard throughout the day and evening. Special mention to mi mi who entertained the grand children and Panda who entertained us!! Also the people who worked around the pool couldn’t do enough for you, arranging sun beds etc The guy who waited on the sun beds was wonderful, also the guy who works in the snack bar, a credit to the hotel!! Restaurant had a great choice of food, especially enjoyed the Tunisian night. Salah looked out for us and always had a table ready. He also made extra effort on my birthday, decorating the table with flowers and presenting a wonderful birthday cake! All in all a great hotel made by exceptional staff, so much so that we’ve already booked a return visit later this year.

We are currently at this hotel,it's is brilliant,especially the animation team,the weather is amazing at night it cool in the morning it's hot,the pool is clean and the beach is perfect,night time entertainment is amazing,lovely food had to get seconds.

Love this hotel so much.its very clean and stunning.reception is amazing.rooms are cleaned everyday.food is great and lots of choice.staff in restaurant are great.love the animation are the best.kind funny .just want say thank you for such an amazing time and definitely will be back soon.love all you guys.donna xxxxx

Brilliant hotel, staff are amazing fun and friendly, especially Panda! Great food, entertainment and games. Private beach with bar. Felt safe all times. Will definitely recommend, and will be back soon. Much love to entertainment team

I visited Tunisia for the first time my holiday was really amazing I'm very happy with staff and specially Korrs he ia very friendly and very good animator. He help us with issues with booked trip. He realy made our holiday better Thank you so much

Big room with seaview. Nice pool and Beach. Animation is very good. Thanks to Panda and Malik. Aymen at the pool helps out very good. Hamed Lifeguard) at the beach is crazy in a nice way. Sarah from the fish pedicure is lovely. Cool drinks at the pool where served at your bed by Issam. Food is good. Much choices. Negatieve! Refrigerator doesnt work. We reporterd this, but they didnt fix it. No shower fo People who leave in the afthernoon. Beer served in papercups at the lobbybar.

Very good animations, warer polo, yoga animations for kids, (Korrs-the best animator), excellent food, nice people,great holiday, we really enojy it! Best Vacation ever. The weather was great (end of may 2024) sunny, little wind , perfect! DEFENITLY RECOMMENDED!
