Good location and friendly staff. Good vibes with different kind of feeling that is very historical

Small room with bulky furniture. Old design element, bathroom with separate toilet and shower. No lift. Staff will help to carry your luggage. Comfortable bed.

Wonderful hotel! Close to the center and main attractions, but in the evening it is not noisy from the music in the center. The room is excellent, the view is amazing, the staff is friendly and courteous. I recommend the hotel

Staying here for two days is definitely the best choice! Right at the entrance of Little Venice, a very beautiful hotel, decorated in a very French style, romantic and warm, with a very good location. You can see the beautiful scenery of the small bridges and flowing water in Little Venice from the window. During the day, there are many tourists on the bridges, and in the early morning and evening, it is quiet like another world. In the morning, stand by the window with a cup of coffee and enjoy the humid and fresh air of Colmar. In the evening, when the crowds retreat, a glass of Alsace Riesling can sweep away the fatigue of the day! At noon, it is even easier. Downstairs are the two most beautiful restaurants in Colmar. Eating a delicious big elbow with a glass of Burgundy wine in the sun or in the rain can make people feel lazy and soft.• Next to the small square outside is the "Chinese restaurant" where **, Shu Qi, and Su Youpeng filmed, but now it has been changed to another French restaurant.

The location is great, very close to the town of Colmar. The interior of the hotel is relatively old, but because it is an old building, I also came to experience the atmosphere here. The location is very good, I am very satisfied

Hotel is very good, Ctrip is a pit. The price is actually 20 euros more expensive than the official website without breakfast? The scenery on this side of the hotel is ok, opposite is Little Venice, the hotel is simply in the scenic spot.

Very cozy cottage

I have NEVER in my life experienced such TERRIBLE service when staying at a hotel. This is supposed to be a four star hotel, but the room and the service definitely DID NOT live up to expectations. When we checked in we were shocked at the state of the room. The carpet was old and filled with dingy spots. The furniture is dingy and really worn down. There was some sort of lipstick on our bedsheets and towels and there was hair (not ours) hanging from the hairdryer. The walls and ceiling are also cracked and filled with unidentifiable spots. We were so disappointed that we went to the reception to ask for another room. The manager came to our room along with housekeeping. There was not so much as a single apology from the manager. She seemed very annoyed at our request and looked sporadically at the room. FURTHERMORE, she told us that all the spots on the carpet were from the previous guest?? And that they therefore hadn’t had time to clean it?? This was blatantly a LIE. They said they would clean the room again and we left. On our return we find that the ONLY thing that was cleaned was our sheets. There was absolutely no compensation for the state of the room (and this is not a cheap hotel, so paying this much money for a dirty old room seemed ridiculous). Disappointed, we couldn’t do much. The next morning at check out we were in absolute DISBELIEF at what occurred. The day before (at check in) we threw a yogurt cup in the trash bin on arrival. The yogurt cup had been no where near the bed, as it had been in a plastic bag. When we were checking out, the manager meets us at the desk. She then proceeds to SHOW US THE TRASH BIN FROM YESTERDAY THAT SHE HAD TAKEN FROM THE ROOM AND SAVED UNTIL CHECK OUT NEXT DAY! SHE THEN POINTS TO THE YOGURT IN THE TRASH BIN AND TELLS US THAT WE PUT YOGURT ON THE BED AND THEREFORE IT WAS OUR FAULT THE SHEETS WERE STAINED?! We were in absolute disbelief!!!! The yogurt had been nowhere near the bed as previously explained. So, she was now blaming us for the dirty sheets???? Funny how the SAME stains were also on the towels in the bathroom?? I have never in my life experienced such horrible and terrible customer service. Who saves a bin from a guest room to show the bin the morning after????? There was absolutely no apology and no compensation whatsoever. COMPLETELY ARROGANT MANAGER who handled the situation in the worst way possible. We were so shocked that we left the hotel as quickly as possible. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. Do you think this looks like a four star hotel??? Do NOT book this hotel. There are certainly other much better hotels in Colmar.

We spent one night here with friends on our way for holiday in southern France. The hotel is just perfect, charming, at excellent location. Clean, comfortable, romantic, with helpful and friendly staff. Nothing to complain about, I can only recommend.
