The environment is good, but the facilities are poor and the faucets are broken. It is better to hire someone to repair it in time.

Very friendly staff. The room was good but it was seen that bed bugs had been present a while ago. Unfortunately, the meal menu was very limited. The cost a little overpriced for the room. The pool (/inside and outside) was very well lit and hygienists. The view from the hotel room was very nice.

Service worthy of a 2 star hotel

Very very badly placed: in the city center with a lot of passage of all types!! No parking space, the beach is too full. It's only "palace" in name and doesn't deserve those 5 stars.

酒店很不錯，有地下停車位，位置很贊，離海邊和老城麥地那都很近，步行不遠就可到達，早餐也很不錯，房間也夠大，設施滿意，大堂很大進去就感覺很舒服，總之好評

The hotel is in disrepair in some parts of the hotel,clearly needs a repair and uplift. Unable to lock patio door due to broken rusty hinges and lock. Table clothes on table not changed when dirty just turned over to the other side. Food ok if you like the local cuisine and same menus for seven days. STAFF ARE LOVELY AND VERY HELPFUL.ESPECIALLY THE ONES ON THE FRONT DESK YOU ARE VERY HELPFUL ORDERING A TAXI FOR AIRPORT AND THE HOTEL GAINS A 100 PER CENT PROFIT FROM THEIR HELPFUL STAFF. Obviously this hotel is run on a shoe string budget and should be down graded to a 2 star . THIS IS THE FIRST TIME TO WRITE A REVIEW, BUT I DON’T WANT ANYONE TO GET RIPPED OFF LIKE MY HUSBAND AND I DID .

We only stayed at this hotel, as our flight got cancelled and easyjet made arrangements for us to stay here for 1 night. Upon arrival, it really did look like a 5* hotel. Everything sparkled from the outside, including the marble floor and the service at reception was fantastic. They told us we were welcome ro go and grab some food/drink from their buffet, which was quite nice. The porter carried our cases to our room and the views of the room were directly on the beach. Nice spacious rooms. The toilet was odd as the wall is directly in your face. I noticed damp on the wall where I was sleeping, which reaches out to the shower and we then spotted a huge cockroach walking across the bathroom. When spoken to other guests in the hotel, they also found cockroaches in their bathroom too.

I had few misunderstandings at the beginning with the staff, due to all those issues begun to be actually from the agency DERTOUR where I booked the holiday. The stay at the hotel was alright and the buffet with the food was diverse. The manager, Mr. Mabrouk have been very attentive and complemented, my needs and queries through my last days of the stay. Thanks once again to him and the receptionist Mr. Abdekrazzak, I will recommend them for their services provided!

The hotel overall is good, staff is very kind and polite, very good swimming pool, good beach, house keeping is also very good and it is performed on daily base. Thank you very much for Mona about her professionalism and kindness in all the situations during vacation.

We spent very nice week in Sousse palace. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned on daily basis. There was a wide selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner (both local and international cuisine). The beach was right next to the hotel, though some might not like the public beach being right next door. The hotel beach could have soke cleanup sometimes.

It was good holiday i did enjoy program animation . Vollyball .darts . Pingpong. Aquagym. They was so nice always smile the animator and the program about the night like karoke is good we have fun its good locaiton nice beach clean hotel I like this hotel

In short, the hotel with the reception was wonderful. But we changed rooms because we had cockroaches in the first one. The other room appeared to be clean.Air conditioning did not work for 3 days. The food could be eaten but nothing extra. We had diarrhea for the last few days. The beach was public. We had a reserved spot on the beach. But don't expect peace. Locals were constantly walking and looking for vacationers. We also had security guards who constantly whistled at the locals to go away. We were also on a trip. It was arranged for us by a local Alibaba employee. It was a trip on camels and the trip was cool. We were also on the promenade outside the hotel. It was a horror, all the locals stared at us. Of course, they have never seen women with blonde hair and dressed in shorts and a T-shirt. That was the first and last time we went outside. And now something positive. I rate the employees as excellent. They try to make it as good as possible for you here. I also rate the alcohol positively, it was strong. But that's not enough on vacation, we want to feel welcome even outside the hotel. Now I thought of the scene that happened to us. In the evening around 23:00, the friends were swimming in the sea and local children swam up to them and started cursing them and later started throwing stones, so the friends got up and left. So Tunisia for the first and last time. if you don't want to ruin your vacation, find something else.
