AC Hotel by Marriott Suzhou Reviews

AC hotel located in the middle of renmin road and it's easily accessible to nearest metro station 300m by foot. Lawson conveniently located 150m away. Room was sparkling clean and high quality of smart toilet and bedding. Front desk receptionist named Mickey Fang was nice and helpful. Three of us were extremely happy and falling in love with Suzhou. We'll definitely come back to Suzhou and choose AC HOTEL again for sure.

Room is clean, modern and big. Comfortable stay and love the amenities provided. Bed is comfortable. The hotel is about 8 min walk from the metro and the shopping area. Quiet area with some dining options around. There is a noodles shop nearby that sells one of the best crab noodles I had. It is also easy to travel around by DiDi.

A really nice hotel in charming city of Suzhou and a nice surprise for being upgraded to the AC suite with a small welcome gift. - Bed is extremly comfortable - Bathroom was spacious (bathtub, shower and smart toilets) - Nice living room to enjoy diner (delivered directly by a robot to your room) in front of a big TV - Breakfast with both western and asian choices (breads, eggs, bacon, congees, noodles, fruits, coffee, juices...) There are food places and convenience store near the hotel. The hotel is easy to find too! Clean and comfortable to stay in!!

Room small but clean. Toilet has smart toilet bowl. No room service. Won’t choose this hotel in winter as the windows are unable to open, very stuffy.

Overall ok with everything, but during winter, the windows can’t open, the room will get very stuffy

Due to ***** last minute cancelled our booking with Hotel Soul, Suzhou and left us panic and worried! Luckily I managed to get the AC hotel Marriott room via Trip.com. With Trip.com I can talk to AC hotel Marriott directly without paying extra fees. AC hotel was a brand new hotel, The staff were very helpful, they helped us to arrange two rooms next to each other. Both rooms are very clean and modern. The toilet seat is warm during winter time! Showers also easily come with hot water! They provide everything for you and you just to be there and enjoy your holidays. Breakfast is a compliment from the Hotel with many varieties. Distance only 400m from the metro exit 5. There are a lot of foods and markets around. I will certainly recommend any of peoples plans to stay in Suzhou to choose AC Hotel Marriott! No regret, thumbs up 👍!

A clean, modern and well equipped room. Good location, near to almost all the attraction we had visited for this trip, within a few stations train ride, Hope to see the breakfast have more variety of dishes nevertheless very good value for the money.

It was a good stay in AC Marriot hotel. Good location close to Guan Qian Street by walking distance. The smart hotel room, with an automatic toilet seat.
