stay 2nd times in this Hotel. Room is Very clean, Sarapan is very good.

Overall it's really good just that the socket plug beside the bed was so loose that i couldn't use. And at the first night they said non-smoking room was unfortunately fully booked so they gave the smoking room and then i could move to non-smoking room on the next day tho i have booked few months before

All I satisfied including service, foods, cleanness and kindness as well. I will stay here again soon. Thank you.

I enjoyed my 2 nights stay.. staffs are welcoming and helpful especially when I asked for an extra 30 mins ... No objection at all .... Veranda U all have an amazing staffs delm the cleaner , the restaurants staffs , concierge and the front desk. I will surely recommend and will come back and stay at this hotel again. Btw it's only 15 mins walk to the gandaria mall with lots and lots of food there. Keep it up (btw I was in room 606)

The water always floods the floor during shower as the pipe is either faulty or it's designed to spray water onto the floor, which is strange. Moved from executive to deluxe room and the problem is solved. However the floor still gets wet because the shower glass doesn't cover much. This is manageable with more towels on the floor. But now i will need a refund of what I've paid for the executive room.

The hotel is close to the station and highway. However, it make the quietness not so well unless you stay in the city side. The Senayan City is close to the hotel. For the breakfast, there are variety of choice and only need to pay 8.31USD.

We tried this hotel and ultimate gave a laat chance to it onky to be disappointed again. This was the place where i had my wedding. Stayjng hefe was always a noatalgic event. But this time it was as pleasant. They moved our rooms 2 times because of a sudden maintenance going on in thr level. It was a hassle as we have a 1 year old baby with us. Packing and repacking was a nightmare. And all ghey gave us in return was a fruit platter...not even a free breakfast. Suffice it to say. I wont be staying here again anytime soon. Oh and ghe rooms need an uldate with all the old and broken parts.

The facilities is old and reception is not good at English. But the environment is good and many Japanese will choose to stay in this hotel

I have stayed this hotel for one week. It was a good choice.all are professional.nice people. Especially the waitress in the restaurant.the name is Ahmad Baihaqi.. This is 5 stars service

Overall hotel review is 7/10 but my concern is at the resto (Wyl's) is 5/10, i ordered some Avocado Juice/avocado coffee. Once the serve said they didn't have avo juice, after a while they said they have avo juice, and it's pure from avo fruit, not flavoring. But when it was served, the color was Pale and it taste like avo flavoring with blended cream. Too bad i didn't take any pictures. Other side, the ambiance was really nice.

Great hotel, service was excellent especially the restaurant for breakfast. The manager Mr. Umeda-even came up to say hi to me. Room was perfect in size and the small clinks were solved by the staff promptly and smoothly. Great value for the money!
