Fantastic stay. room was clean comfortable. Services was top.
Traffic around the hotel is mad but that is unavoidable as it is Jakarta afterall, but trying to move by car around peak hours is not recommended, might take a while.

The room is OK, but the hotel service is very average, especially the cancellation policy is very strict and inflexible. Because the room type is not suitable, rebooking the room for the same time and canceling the original order are all rejected. As long as the room is booked, no matter what the reason, you cannot cancel or refund, which is very unacceptable. Before booking a hotel, make sure your itinerary will not change.
