Hotels Near See＇s Candies in South San Francisco

I am not sure if I had a free upgrade but my suite was massive. It had two king bedrooms two bathrooms (one with fully accessible shower) and a kitchen / lounge area... I've never stayed in a hotel room before with 3 large screen TV's!! I stayed for 2 nights at a cost of US$310 including taxes (circa GB£120 / night) which is reasonable for the pricey Bay Area. There were renovation works to the hotel roof work in progress during my stay but other than causing reduced parking I did not experience any real disturbances. My room was clean and comfortable and the hotel is located an easy 5 minute drive from SFO Airport and is right on the Highway. I didn't use any of the amenities or eat at the hotel so I can't comment on these. Staff were nice and friendly.

I and my family had to extend our stay by 3 more nights as the kids love it here bcos of the cozy homely feel coupled with the friendly staff. But as it is all good things come to an end as we had to check out today to move into our new apartment. Had to virtually drag my kids from the hotel as they want us to stay more nights before moving to the apartment. I sincerely want to thank Janmesh for being such a welcoming and kind soul and all the other members of his team at the hotel for making us feel welcomed and at home all thru our stay. I and my family are now loyal followers of the hotel and look forward to our next visit. I recommend the hotel in case you need a break and a quiet place to work or have some quality family time

The hotel does not have a Holiday Inn next door, the price is not very cost-effective, but the hotel cafeteria is very affordable, less than 30 dollars, fish, shrimp, seafood, etc., many choices, is a good affordable restaurant at the airport ,very good

Checked in for access to and from SFO. Shuttle service was sufficient with 1 trip on the hour. Room was quiet and clean. Bed was comfy. Service was efficient. Breakfast was very basic but restaurants are close by. Fridge and microwave are good ammenities. So Is free parking :) we always stay here when we have early flights.

The airline put us here after bumping us from our flight. The rooms are okay, nothing special. They are in the middle of no where, so if you don’t have a car plan on ordering in your meals. The breakfast is a joke. They are still serving to go bags. I’m guessing to save money. Our breakfast consisted of a plain uncooked bagel, apple juice, fruit cup, and a yogurt. It was a breakfast for a 5 year old.

The room was really nice and everything was clean. The hotel is in a good location. The lady at the front desk was really nice and even allowed me to check in early. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars on service is because I emailed in advance to get instructions on how to catch the airport shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but I never received a reply. Outside of that, everything was really good. I would stay here again.

I booked in for 2 nights here as a solo female traveller. I had confirmation emails etc. as proof that I had booked a single room - I arrived at the hostel around 6.20pm on a Friday to find I had been placed in a large mixed dorm. The guy on the front desk was polite but totally unhelpful apparently under instruction from his manager. I offered to take any of the female dorms but was told all were sold out. I could not take the bed offered by them in the large mixed dorm, and they offered no like for like alternative. I was told that if i cancelled my stay/didn't check in I would lose my full amount paid as it was outside the cancellation period - they didn't grasp that within the cancellation period I was getting the room I booked, so it wasn't a cancellation on my behalf and was instead them not supplying what was purchased. I wasted so much time here to be offered no help while going through ********** customer support - I eventually gave up at 9:30pm when my employer forked out for a bed in another hotel for me. ********** were meant to get a full refund for me, as they failed to uphold their part of the sale, but 2.5 weeks later I've had or heard nothing from the hostel. To pay for something which is totally unavailable, with no budge room and no option for a refund, is a total scam. Do not book here as a solo female traveller as you will not be respected or safe.

Booked the Beach House for a solo getaway. Size of room was awesome - plenty of space for just me, and full kitchen was unexpected (two burners plus fridge/mw, and a bunch of dishes & utensils). No counter space (due to the burners), that was a drawback. Also they provide a keurig but my room had no cream or sugar and when I went to the front desk they gave me a cup of half and half! Don't they have little packets? Furniture was a bit worn but the bed was extremely comfortable and the comforter was fluffy & warm. Nice bathroom but again, not so luxurious as the description would have you believe. Booked a partial ocean view, but what I got was a parking lot view with a peek-a-boo of the bay if you stood at the slider and craned your neck. Tons of road noise too. This was disappointing, as I had been hoping to hear ocean waves. If you book this room type, specify the south side of the inn so you are not right by the restaurant next door. Continental breakfast was nice - good choices of pastries, yogurt & hot cereals. No wine reception on Sundays. While the front desk people were courteous & friendly, I felt I had to ask about every little thing. There was no amenity listing in the room or anywhere, so I had to ask: where is breakfast (it was in a meeting room one morning, the lobby another), where is the wine (it was sunday), is the pool heated, what is check-out time. Just felt a little like they assumed you'd know or wouldn't care, as opposed to other places that bend over backwards to be sure you know what they have to set them apart. It was a bit of a walk up to restaurants, which I didn't mind but just be aware. There's a very nice beach walk the other direction, but you're up on a bluff, not exactly on the sand. Next time, I'd go for the full oceanview.

The staff are wonderful people very helpful and the place is excellent for its value plus the cleanliness on top a brrakfast is included. Good location. Safe area... I would recommand the Samesun hotel to friends and people looking for a place to stay in San Francisco. The have private rooms or rooms to share with other guests. No challenges were met.

Este es uno de los hoteles que no se puede decir nada malo y si muchas cosas buenas. Está cerca del aeropuerto internacional SFO, hay muchas tiendas de conveniencia y algunos restaurantes cerca. Las habitaciones están limpias, espaciosas y con todos los servicios que se pueden esperar. El personal de recepción es amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La computadora que prestan es suficiente para imprimir tus boletos de avión o cualquier otro pase que requieras y no te cobran por las impresiones ni por el uso del equipo de cómputo. Sin problemas de agua caliente, tv en buen estado y con muchos canales, estacionamiento seguro y con suficientes espacios para todos los huéspedes. Yo recomiendo usar el estacionamiento de la parte superior, el del sótano como que no da mucha confianza sin embargo, lo usé una noche y no hubo ningún problema. El desayuno es bueno, variado, no es excelente pero sirve para sobrevivir hasta el almuerzo o la siguiente comida.
