Hotel is good for family stay and we were quite comfortable. Staff is also helpful.

The room was very dirty, we were 3 people for the night and they gave us only 1 towel for all of us and said "sir kaam chala lo. Overall the experience was not good.

It is noted that southwest hotel was 3 stars, but it was not up to the mark. In bangalore an ordinary hotel will like southwest. Room boys responce was very poor.

Pathetic hospitality, Manager Bikesh & Sunny fraudulently book the rooms by saying it is super deluxe while when you arrive they give deluxe room filled with mosquitos. Night shift manager Sunny is very mannerless and keeps sitting doing his own work instead of helping the guest standing at the reception. The rooms pictures on net are just of 1 room that they have in the hotel and the same room pictures are taken from multiple corners to show they have different rooms and when you arrive they just lie.

It was a very bad experience staying at southwest inn. Very small room. Stinky room. Room service was not at all available. I had to run to the reception for everything. Hotel staffs were not at all professional. Very rude. They charged me 1500 extra just because one of my friend came for 1 hour to meet me. Food was overpriced but tasteless. Not recommended at all. Don’t book southwest inn. Its a total waste of money. And i am asking makemytrip to unlist southwest inn. I am looking forward for a refund.

Staff is good helpful and nice behaviour location is so good, smooth check-in, need to maintain and clean the lobby stairs and balcony areas because guest is going through these area and need to improve the quality of food and maintain the food items which showing on menu but not available during one can going to order that items
