GGuest UserWe really liked this hotel. The location is superb, surrounded by nature and peace. You can rent a bike on site, but without one it would be difficult as the hotel is located far from all amenities. We didn't see any public transportation, but it probably runs on a schedule. The grounds are very well-maintained, and it's a pleasant place to be. Caves and a national park are also nearby. The sea is a 15-minute bike ride away.

丽丽映萍踪The location of this hotel is really good. It has a private beach, two outdoor swimming pools, and a coastal plank road, which is picturesque. The boss is Taiwanese, which is good. But the bed in the room is too hard, the pillows are very high, there are only one-slip slippers, oh my god, it's all bruises, I can't sleep well at night, it won't work, please improve it quickly.

GGuest UserWe needed somewhere for 24 hours, so we took a full-board option. Mistake! We were offered the same menu twice in the same day. The first time round our food came all at once so we could share, which was nice, and we drank only bottled water. In the evening, a similar thing happened, but the staff didn’t clear away the plates before we had fruit so the table was cluttered. We also asked for a bottle of water, but didn’t get one until my partner went to ask for it. As we were the only two guests in a huge dining room, this didn’t bode well. Breakfast was good and B and B would have been a much better option. The hotel itself is okay, and as it was winter it was empty, and we like it quiet so that wasn’t a problem for us. The AC in the bedroom didn’t get below 21 degrees in the night even though I set it to 19. We paid extra for a sea view but the small balcony was cluttered with plants and had no furniture on it. We weren’t asked if we had a nice sleep etc etc. Some staff members were okay, but many seemed totally complacent. Shame.

BBec TryonThe hotel was very nice. Great location and view (sunset from the rooftop bar is fantastic). If it wasn't for the construction in front of the hotel, this hotel would be the bees knees. It is close to our tour operator and mini markets. The staff so helpful and informative. Jong, one of the managers, organised a taxi for us to take us from our tour in the harbour to our speedboat to take us to Ha Long City. The speedboat driver organised the taxi driver to take us to our hotel in Ha Long City. It was well organised for us at half the price that we paid to get to Cat Ba Island. We were taken advantage of in the beginning of the Cat Ba Island adventure as unknowledgeable tourists, but we were treated so well on our departure trip from Cat Ba Island thanks to Jong.

CClarissa PastorWe had a great stay! Our room was huge with a beautiful view and even a bonus of a sunset. We had a mini fridge, hairdryer and a kettle. We stayed at room 801. Our hotel manager was amazing and gave us lots of tips. Plus he sells tours too which made everything much easier. We booked the 1 night 2 day cruise. Breakfast was delicious you have choices sweet or savory and we got omelette with veggies and a fresh baguette. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you Clarissa from CANADA.
