The location of the hotel was great and the staff were very welcoming, but for some reason I had very little water pressure in the shower that night and the hotel forgot to provide me with shower gel.The toilet was flushing all night and I don't know why, but the hotel compensated me for breakfast the next day.Hopefully they will improve on these issues next time.

The hotel is close to the railway station, the service is really good.

It's close to the train station, but it's tiring to push luggage up and down the hill. I don't recommend staying in this small town. The service staff are very polite. The balcony room has a beautiful view, but the best photo spot is still at the entrance of the train station. The elevator is too small. The breakfast is the simplest among all the hotels we have stayed in for more than a month.

Very beautiful view. The exterior is a coffee shop. Very cost-effective hotel. The front desk staff is very nice. Please note that the office closes at 6 o'clock, so remember to take your luggage.

It is very close to Spiez Station, within a 10-minute walk. I stayed in February and the room was warm. The bedding was okay and the panoramic view was great!

The room is quite small, after all, every inch of land in Switzerland is valuable. The location is quite convenient, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the train station. The staff went off work after 6 pm. When we arrived, there was a guest who opened the door. There was a check-in envelope at the door, and we checked in by ourselves.

The room is too small, the equipment is too old, it is too hot and stuffy, and if you open the window, insects will come in... The service attitude is very good, but there is no one after 16:00 or 18:00... It is really not worth the price

Within 10 minutes from the train station, you have to walk down the slope I booked a room with a terrace and the view was great!  I can just sit there and relax all morning, no problem The bed and quilt are comfortable, the hair dryer is powerful, and there is a welcome drink when you check in. Breakfast is not recommended. It costs 20 Swiss francs per person and is not delicious (Picture 1) It is recommended to eat at a restaurant in a nearby station supermarket. The staff will get off work at 6pm, so if you arrive at the store later than this time, you need to think about solutions and whether you can pick up your luggage later than this time.

Stayed for three consecutive days and got free coffee and tea bags. It was very quiet and very close to the station. You could store your luggage.

It's a little far from the train station. Maybe it's because I was dragging my suitcase and it rained that day, so it felt longer to walk. The reason why it is a little difficult to find is that after going downhill and encountering an N-fork intersection with a circular roundabout, Google Maps sometimes has a bit of a delay. The hotel service is very good. The staff helped me pick up the boxes. The decoration is very INS style and we booked a lake view room! You can really see Lake Thun directly But it rained when we went, otherwise it would have been beautiful However, the lake view room is a bit worthless because the balcony attached to the room is actually connected to the public balcony (and it is completely accessible without a wall or fence), which means that as long as you are a hotel guest, you can actually come to this direction facing the lake. You don’t have to book a lake view room to take photos The hotel is very good in the morning. It is an a la carte system because it is a small hotel and not a buffet, but it is delicious, especially the bread. Free welcome drink😀

The hotel is in a small town, the location is great,,,, it is within walking distance from the train station, it is very convenient to travel, the scenery outside the hotel is also very good, I will choose it next time,,,,,, it is highly recommended

Swissotel hotels can’t be said to be cost-effective. They are all expensive. Fortunately, the location is good and very convenient.
