I’m very satisfied over all. Considering the location, it took 30min by walk from the city center area, the price was very economic. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and managed me to do early check out. There was a small guide of sightseeing in the room with all the information I need and it helped me to do plan a lot.

No Tv, No free Soap and Shampoos you need to buy it or bring your own. No Hangers available where you can hang your clothes.Otherwise the Hotel is situated just a few meters from the bus station

The accommodation itself was very clean, comfortable, and reasonably large and nice. The desks were in good shape as it was a remodeled school dormitory, and the building and the inside of the dormitory were really clean. Nice view of the property The bed is for a single person, so it might not be good for couples. Everything else is good, but the location is a bit bad. I took an Uber to the city center and it costs about 45 Kuna (one way). It wasn't too far away though

Booked this place over on *********** on which it does not specify that these rooms are student accommodation. Extremely expensive for what you get. My friend and I were there for six days, we did not get new towels, there were no shampoos, no lamps in the room, we couldn't close the blinds fully because they had installed some kind of air con in the room. While we were there the floor under us was packed with a 6 grade school trip so all we could hear were kids screaming, they would also play in the fire escape and elevators in which case we could never get down to the lobby area. Not to mention how far away from town this is, way too overpriced and rude.

We stayed 9/10 days. So we could really say our opinion on various aspects. Despite the immensity of the structure, large, quite quiet context. Apartment that was cleaned only if said. We who really care about cleanliness, had to manage by ourselves. Without even a shovel in the room. The structure is really organized on the plan (young people) soccer fields, basketball and much more, even at the reception like coffee machines and Wi-Fi. The price is quite attractive. Friendly staff Just a little annoying to get there every time when returning due to the distance and parking.

Good solution for visiting the city of Split. It is a university campus with many rooms, clean and welcoming. Public parking is quite small. Quiet place. Self-service breakfast was complete, both sweet and savory. Also recommended for its proximity to the old town, about 2.5 km on foot. Nice idea to give guests a Split magnet. Excellent idea to use this campus as accommodation for tourists. Well done

It is 3 km on foot from the center and is part of the university campus. Easily found thanks to Google maps. Kind and fast receptionists. I slept in a superior double room for single use with private bathroom, fridge and air conditioning for a few euros, and had lunch and dinner at the campus canteen for €10. Free parking. Given the prices in the center, an excellent alternative. Very clean room with towels, hairdryer and soap dispenser.

Simple but clean. Large room with private bathroom. Student atmosphere, but very friendly. Free parking in front of the house. Bus stops to the city center very close. Very friendly staff, quick answers to my questions.
