Best Spokane Valley Spa Hotels

I am happy with a clean bed, shower and access to advertised amenities. Bad: - key card worked 75% of the time - Floors were dirty and sticky - Shower had brown film on the walls that fell into the tub when we showered - We were told there were no clean towels and to check back later in the day - Pool reeked of chlorine, burned eyes just while standing in the area Good: - location, close freeway access

I absolutely love this hotel and the quality of staff, quality of service, amenities and cleanliness! The day manager Cynthia Maxwell and her #1 Kanisha Evje were outstanding! They were so accommodating being that I had to check out early from a horrendous Ramada Inn! I have stayed for a few days to visit my family and will check out tomorrow but will be checking back in on September 10 thru the 13th on my way home to Honolulu! The facilities are very good, but they are a bit old. Next to the highway, it is a bit noisy.
