Sprague Motel

The RV Park kept losing power and the managers blamed the guest- to the point of yelling at people and charging to flip a breaker. The old place can't sustain more than a few RVs at a time without losing power. Long term guest told me the place gets flooded and judging by the weeds and dead yards I guess that's the only time it gets watered.

Wow, the website reviews are way off. The new owners have really brought this place to life. Its still an older motel but it was clean, newer bedding and curtains. My wife and i arrived after 9:00 without reservations so we had to call the after hours number the owner was extremely accommodating and really nice! We had our camper and hoped to use the RV site but all sites were full. The hotel was clean and comfortable we would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Didn't have 2 beds for two people so I was put in a three bed unit for $90/night. Room was ok only no hangers, no coffee, had to rearrange room to get coffeepot to reach outlet, no shampoo and air conditioner sort of cooled. Couple that manages were very accommodating trying to make up the short falls. Absent owner kept telling manager to tell me $149/night and finally they handed phone to me. Place has 9 rooms 3 full time residents. Full timers have multiple dogs.

Stayed 8-9 August in room 3. First we got in the room and found French dip left from the last person that occupied the room. We had the TV on and wanted to use the microwave and this tripped the breaker. They reset the breaker. The maintenance man was aware of this issue and stated the owner wouldn’t let him buy a new breaker. The room looked like crap wires bundled and plugged into one outlet. I asked for a refund for the day I didn’t stay because tripping breakers is a fire hazard. They got the owner on the phone and she was adamant about no refunds. I could understand this policy if I just wanted to leave a day early, but this is a safety and comfort issue and she wouldn’t provide a refund. Best I could tell you is to drive a few more miles to Spokane or stay in Moses Lake. This is a person that shouldn’t own a business that servers customers. She is very unreasonable. Sorry I didn’t take pictures but just imagine the worst motel you’ve stayed in and multiply that by 10. If you do stay here “I WARNED YOU.”
