Sprague Motel

PROS: great staff, very friendly. Very clean, room was very comfortable. The ROKU attached to the TV is a nice touch if you don't want to watch cable. Bed was comfy, as was the easy chair in the room. CONS: NO hot water in bathroom or shower. It's fairly close to train tracks, but I don't count that against the motel, I think there was only 1 train that went through in early morning

Nice little place

I liked that it was off the beaten path, in a quiet small town of appropriately 500 people. The hot water was hot, the bed was comfortable.

Worth the price. Clean. Beware of trains though! All night long......

The RV Park kept losing power and the managers blamed the guest- to the point of yelling at people and charging to flip a breaker. The old place can't sustain more than a few RVs at a time without losing power. Long term guest told me the place gets flooded and judging by the weeds and dead yards I guess that's the only time it gets watered.

This motel is in a very small town off of the beaten path. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Pet friendly and very reasonably priced.

We were headed to a small town nearby. The managers were very nice and helpful. It was a bargain, but was clean and gave us everything we needed for an enjoyable night.

I have stayed at this Motel for at least 15 years going/coming to/from Montana to/from Washington. Until this stay, it has always been a very pleasant experience. The beds are comfortable. The room cleanliness was satisfactory. However, the only light in this room was a tiny, low wattage bulb between the 2 beds. The light was so dim, we couldn't read anything (books, map, TV menu, trip plans, etc.). We called the front desk and spoke to Raymond (Manager/Owner?). We asked him for an additional light. He said he doesn't have any other lamps for any of the rooms, they just remodeled their rooms and all the rooms only have 1 small lamp between the beds. He said there were 2 rooms with overhead lights, but they were booked. I guess we could have read in the well lit bathroom, but who wants to do that ? We decided to watch TV, (too dim to read anything) and the LG TV screen was so dim, you could barely see it. There are no directions how to operate the TV, but we finally figured it out. There is a tiny A/C unit on the wall that cools unsuccessfully. The volume on the TV is set to a max volume of 48, which is quite low. We just turned it off since it was useless. We looked around for an ice machine and couldn't find one. We called Raymond back. He said they don't have an ice machine. One of us had a pleasant breakfast in the a.m. Raymond was there, and is a very pleasant man. Our stay was just sooo disappointing. when we turned on the LG TV

Quick overnight stay in the middle of nowhere. Viking restaurant was outstanding and the milkshakes were the best too. The hotel was just okay, good A/C shower was phone booth style. Grassy area for the dog, so if it is just a quick overnight it isn’t bad.
