Good service and location in Brisbane.

A truly exceptional hotel. Quite well located in Brisbane. Doors are equipped with keyless badge that works very well, very modern. The room is fairly well equipped, with retractable table, fridge and microwave. The shared bathrooms are very clean and there's a kitchen. Nothing to complain about.

I was very disappointed on the first day. I just came from a long flight and wishing to take a nap and have my peace. Unfortunately, there was construction inside their building. My room's walls were vibrating sounding of drills and hammers. Worst time! I think they opened the hotel pre maturely because it was still partially under construction. They could have stated that there is construction inside the building thru their website as a disclaimer so that customers are aware about it. If that I knew about the construction, I could have booked another hotel and get my money's worth. I demad refund.

Great high VALUE. When you want to save but too old for a hostel and dont need a queen bed this is perfect. This place fills a great need.

Toilets and shower rooms are shared. Confirmation is required at the time of booking. There is a small kitchen, which gets quite crowded after 6pm. Prices in Brisbane are high, so everyone cooks and eats. The room is clean, but they don't change bath towels every day. If you ask the staff directly, they will provide one right away. The room was cleaned once every three days, but the sheets were not changed during my four nights. No staff members are there after 6pm. A young staff member comes around 8am. I thought this rate was high for a single bed, but it's actually cheaper in Brisbane these days.

I was able to watch Netflix and the owner was very friendly. The room was clean and I only stayed there to sleep, so I was very satisfied. I crossed the park and arrived. If you have a carry-on bag, I recommend taking a taxi.
