I HAVE LOVED MY STAY. First time visiting Malta, booked the room last hour and I did not regret. The hotel was beautiful, and I booked the lower categorie room, still was amazing. It is located in the heart of the party district, so if you are in Malta to party. It is ideal. Very silent rooms, great space, comfortable bed. If you are planning a more sexual adventure trip, the ceileing mirrors and some fun chains in the room might help you out with the fun. Either you go with someone or want to meet someone in the island just for fun. The Spa and piscina are fantastic and a great place to relax or even start the day. The breakfast buffet options were awesome and everything was freah and delicious. St. Julian's it is also very central in Malta, so if you want to plan and travel around, the location is fantastic to be able to see so many other places in the Island. When it comes to the service and staff. Everyone was impeccable. From the reception team, to the security, to the waiters and even the cleaning team. Everyone was always very nice and helpful. Met Sandra, on my arrival, and coincidentally she was also working 3 days later when I was checking out, She did a great job. The Hugo's group have a few more of their places around, Hugo's Pub, Bacco by Hugo's, the Hugo's Burger and others, but these were the ones I also checked out and again, everything was great. I tolally recommend a stay in here. 10 out of 10 for me.

Overall great place to stay. Might not be suitable for people wanting chill in peacefull and quiet ambient, 9th floor was a huge benefit about this, also great view. Room facilities were fabulous. Spa could be more user friendly as most off facilities are not in use, also a bit weak steam room. Rooftop pool is closed but might be great to let people just sit and chill drinking coffee? /tea or reading books as it's pretty cold to swim. Very polite and friendly staff.

Check is very late and room was ready at 4.20pm.

Very decent hotel, very friendly staff, top quality energy, very clean. Very helpful. Solved all problems free access to the  infinity roof top terrace pool with replacement new towels as much as you like friendly bar service  unlimited access to indoor pool, sauna and steam rooms. The €50 deposit was returned the day I left  the guy at the checkout was even friendly. He let me store my luggage as my check-in wasn’t till 4 o’clock but kept my luggage for me so I could explore Enjoy my day, stressfree without having to carry it with me  amazing location, very close to everything  I would definitely recommend anyone that wants to visit Malta. You must give this hotel a try you won’t be disappointed. I’ll definitely be coming back this time probably in the summertime #solotraveler #malta

Definitely an adult only hotel, in the heart of the strip. Clean and quirky

The hotel had an issue with the access cards which meant we needed to ask for someone to take us to our room whenever we needed to. Due to this issue affecting the whole hotel, we were sometimes left waiting around for this. As the rooftop pool was 7 floors above ours, this meant we would either need to go down to reception to ask to go up or take the stairs. To go back to our room we would need to go down to reception to ask them to take us to our room. This awas a huge inconvenience & put us off going to the rooftop which was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. There was no compensation for this event. We also booked a “Luxury Jacuzzi Suite” & although the room was gorgeous, the view was just that of the hotel generator. If we had known this before, we wouldn’t have paid that much for a “luxury” room.

The beach outside is nice in good weather. The hotel have free sauna room, indoor swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool. But the bar street nearby is a little noisy.

Great hotel & great location, staff were friendly & hopeful. Indoor pool was a dream! Definitely going back.

Pool closed for a private party

When we arrived for check in we had problems with the booking as we was given the wrong room type by the supplier as we booked partial sea view room and we was checked into elegant non balcony room. The room was not what was expecting and we was disappointed and it ruined our stay at the hotel and the hotel was fully booked so we couldnt switch to the room we payed for. But we did get alot of help from Theo who worked in the reservations department. He tryed his best to accommodate us to the right room he was very friendly and polite and kept us updated all the time on the process, but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked, Though it wasent the hotels fault it was trip.com/expedia he offered breakfast for free during our whole stay at the hotel as a consultation for all the hassle during the stay. Trip.com did offer to reimburse the money we had lost paying for the pricer room type while we was staying in a lower cost room, but we was disappointed in the compensation trip.com offered us and this ruined our whole holiday. And apparently this has happened on many occasions to other guests so my suggestion is the definately call the hotel of your booking agency to confirm your room. Once again thank you Theo of H Hotel for your kindness.

The worst hotel I have ever been to. The management are racist, I was threatened by the staff that they will call the police on me because there was damage in the hotel room which I was willing to pay however, I had issues with my card and my card was not working. As it was 11PM in the UK I had to wait for the banks to open to sort my card out before I can make the payment. I showed evidence of this to the manager but yet I was not heard. All I asked for is 5 hours , I was not checking out I was still staying at the hotel but yet I was threatened that the police will be called if the payment is not made in the next hour not once or twice but three times. After my my anxiety got triggered so badly and I burst into tears crying, I was given 5 hours of extra time. They did this conversation Infront of other guest. The disabled my cards so I could not go to my room. They humiliated me, embarrassed me, harassed me and treated me like a criminal all because I accidently broke something and I asked for 5 hours to sort my card out to pay the charge in damage. This hotel is the worst hotel, the management is the worst, and my experience was the worst. I have sent a number of emails to the management raising formal complaint with how I was treated however they are ignoring me and not responding to me. They charged me 350 euros in charges which was a small damage. I have asked to show me the receipt which contains the proof of this damage costing this much because I know they will fix this with glue only, but they do not want to answer to me.

Room 1615 and 1614 no air conditioning rooms were elegant balcony, avoid these room they face another hotel with noisy air conditioning units and building work, we couldn't open the doors to let cool air in due to noise. There was only one receptionist that was polite and understanding. Room cleaning wasn't great no fresh towels left.

Excellent hotel I recommend without any hesitation!!!!!!
