2-Star Hotels in Algoma District

Where I needed it to be on my way from Newfoundland to Vancouver Island. Absolutely clean. Another reviewer was right, the pillows and bed was fantastic. Don't know that I even turned over while I slept for nine hours through the night. The room had everything I needed. I liked it so much I extended my stay! My only regret was that their restaurant hadn't opened for the season yet.

Fantastic for the price! The unit was clean with all the right amenities (blow dryer, clean towels, desk, working wifi). Welcomed by the fantastic owner and was so nice and welcoming. They had a dog that was super friendly but also barked a lot. Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Would recommend. 4/5. Maybe would have preferred more lights.

Cean motel room, very friendly staff, comfortable beds, good water pressure, and great location for those passing through town. The price was decent, too. Bring your own small coffee filters and coffee (or coffee pouches), if you want an upgrade. Photos accurately represent the rooms.Recommended as an excellent low rate option for travellers.

Room was as expected... Included breakfast very good Friday!! Scrambled eggs hot and well cooked, potato cubes well cooked and tasty Breakfast Saturday okay, but not as good as Friday, cheese omelet..cool and uninspiring, potato wedges not completely cooked, coffee both days very good

It's a great surprise to walk in a brand new room with all new set up, we must be one of the new dwellers here:) Outside of the buildings and surrounding can be deceiving. It's facing the lake, unfortunately there's a big trailer blocking the view.

The air conditioning in the room is noisy like a machine, and it can be turned off. Fortunately, it is not too hot at night.

Super kind and welcoming service. Beds are clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean, with all the towels/shampoos/soaps provided. Will consider stopping here overnight again
