GGuest UserFinally, I have time to write a positive review for this perfect stay! At ”Mr. Pan's Homestay” in Taiping, Kunming, we had a much more pleasant time than expected.
First of all, the homestay environment was fantastic—quiet and clean, with a relaxing, minimalist, and artistic style. Our room had a huge floor-to-ceiling window; waking up in the morning to a view of the mountains and sunshine of Taiping New Town instantly lifted my spirits. The mattress in the bedroom was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
Mr. Pan himself deserves the most praise for his warmth and attentiveness. From patiently answering our questions during booking to recommending local delicacies that are usually only known to locals upon check-in, he felt more like an old friend. The breakfast downstairs was also quite thoughtful; the rice noodles and wontons were delicious.
The location is convenient, making it easy to get to the outlet mall or nearby attractions. Next time I'm in Kunming, this will definitely be my top choice! Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality and a warm experience! I booked the room through Ctrip, and the price-performance ratio was so good, I was completely won over…

GGuest UserA very good homestay hotel. Really walked into this large suite. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, 2 large beds. Sleeping was cool and crooked, and the environment was good and clean. Very quiet at night. There are food not far from the surrounding area. There are many shops that should be very convenient to live. Unfortunately, I passed by for one night. Next time I want to come here, I will stay at the Suida Hotel. Like like like like like 👍

It is located in the original Xinjing Hot Spring Hotel (the hotel has been closed due to the three-year epidemic). It seems very deserted now. I contacted the host in advance and checked in. It is relatively convenient. The facilities in the room are complete. The duplex room has good privacy. There is a large bathtub for taking a bath. It is very close to Jogyesa Temple on foot. It is only five kilometers away to view the rapeseed flowers in Golden Tang River. There are various hot springs and farmhouses nearby. There are many and it is very convenient, suitable for families to come for leisure and vacation.

The price is only 78 yuan. It's a good price. The room layout is reasonable and the wifi is also an independent fiber optic network. It’s almost time.
