Of course, it’s not that the hotel is bad, but the location is awkward. It was almost 10 o’clock in the evening when I got from the high-speed rail station to the hotel. I was a little hungry, but I didn’t want to order takeout, so I confirmed the room, put down my luggage and thought about seeing if there was anything to eat around. I asked the front desk, and the front desk said that only barbecue was open around, so we went out to look for it and couldn’t find it, so we had to take a taxi to eat. The hotel is about half an hour and forty minutes away from the pedestrian street. I thought it was normal to be close to the park and the location was a little off, but the hotel is not close to the park, and it’s also a ten-minute drive. I might as well find a hotel in the city center to stay, which is more convenient. Of course, the hotel is still good, clean and well-equipped"

"The overall appearance and environment looked okay, but I wasn't very satisfied with the hotel service. It didn't quite match the overall service of Wyndham hotels, and it was a bit different from the Wyndham hotels I've stayed at before. I called the hotel at night to ask for more bottled water, but no one delivered it. They said they would deliver it to my room the next morning, but no one did either. Also, the room key was a wristband, but after inserting the wristband to get power, the door couldn't be closed. I had to take the wristband off before I could close the door."

"I won't be back! Children over 90cm tall are charged for breakfast! This wasn't mentioned during booking or check-in. Their deposit was deducted right after entering the restaurant. It's unbelievable how they charge children for breakfast! It said it would be collected at 10:00, but at 9:30 the staff started verbally urging us to collect and told us the dishes were all washed and unused. Bathrobes were unavailable because they were out of stock. If they can't accommodate so many people, they shouldn't have sold so many rooms. The temperature in the small hot tub was consistently above 40 degrees Celsius, and the staff told us not to check the thermometer, as it's inaccurate."
