The TV allowed screen mirroring, which was great for watching shows at night. The Wi-Fi password was on the key card holder, and I tested the speed – over 60 Mbps download, perfect for video calls. The most practical feature was the USB ports and five-hole outlets on both sides of the bed – a godsend for anyone charging a phone, tablet, and smartwatch simultaneously. The bathroom had a thermostatic shower with stable water pressure, so no sudden cold surprises. Now, for the service: I arrived at 1 AM, and the front desk clerk, energetic and friendly, helped me check in. He even asked, 'Would you like me to put your takeout in a warm box?' When I checked out, I left my charger in the room. They promptly called me, arranged to ship it to my next destination via SF Express (cash on delivery), and even included a packet of fresh flower cakes. The cleanliness was impeccable; you could inspect it with a magnifying glass. The glass cups were fingerprint-free, the remote control was in a disposable sanitizing bag, and even the air conditioner vents were spotless. Right next to the hotel is a farmer's market where fruit is incredibly cheap, almost free. In short, this hotel, much like the locals in Kunming, is authentic and straightforward – no fuss. I booked this online; the price was transparent, with no hidden fees. I highly recommend it to anyone frequently traveling to Anning for business or with elderly family members."

"The hotel environment is fantastic, right next to Yulongwan Park. There's a small path leading to the back entrance of the park, and it's lush with greenery, making the air really fresh. The front desk staff (especially the young lady) was super friendly and provided excellent service. The room was spacious, and all the drinks in the minibar were complimentary. It also had a balcony, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying a cup of tea – super relaxing!"

"To be honest, good is good, and bad is bad. Environment: Excellent, the view is fantastic. Service: The front desk staff were quite friendly. Cleanliness: Absolutely a mess. Aside from the tables and corners everywhere, the air conditioner was so dirty I didn't dare turn it on. When I did, it shed dust and was incredibly noisy, and freezing at night. Facilities: The initial design was clearly good, but lack of maintenance resulted in almost everything being in a dilapidated state. The windows had no handles and were very difficult to close properly. None of the shower heads worked properly; they sprayed randomly and were unusable. The door couldn't be locked from the inside (the latch and the latch weren't aligned), so I had to prop it open with a chair. The light strip was half-hanging, the wardrobe was broken horizontally, and in short, everything was damaged. Summary: Aside from the nice view, everything else was terrible. I couldn't sleep well, and the overall experience was extremely poor."

"Booked a twin room last-minute during the National Day holiday. Arrived around 9 PM, and before I even got to the entrance, the security guard stopped me, aggressively banging on the car window and loudly yelling, 'Move out, move out, park over there!' I explained we had a baby and parking far away would be inconvenient, but they ignored me and then waved the car in front of us through. I was furious. We also drove in and found a spot right by the entrance. It was a tiring journey and then this made me even angrier. The room was on the first floor and very damp. As soon as I opened the door, there was a musty smell. The cleaning wasn't thorough; there were still food scraps and grapefruit peels on the table. The air conditioner was directly facing one of the beds, so we didn't dare turn it on, worried we'd dry out overnight! The hot spring water was already very cloudy, but it was late, so we just dealt with it. After sleeping one night, my shoulders and legs were aching from the dampness. Before 8 AM, the cleaning staff were talking very loudly right outside our door, and their equipment was making all sorts of noise. This place really isn't worth the price. We didn't get any good rest, but at least the baby didn't get sick! Avoid this place if you have kids; go for hotels like Jinfang or Peninsula instead. This hotel seems more geared towards elderly tour groups, and the hygiene and everything else just can't keep up. Getting sick here would be a huge loss!"
